My ac stopped blowing cold AC this morning. With 4 kids in my house and it being so hot during summer, a working AC is a necessity. He was at my house fairly quick, and my AC was blowing cold air again before the afternoon heat hit its peak. He was very professional and has reasonable price. I will definitely be using this company for all of my AC issues.
Don is very responsive and a professional. My 98 y/o Mother-in-law has been using Don for several years. He cares about his work and his customers. This past year replaced our system. Reasonably priced.
Recently our Ac stopped working and after having 2 companies come out to check it, Don came, recharged our system and got the ac working again. Although we will be replacing the entire unit May 1, it was a big financial relief to be able to put that expense off a couple weeks. Don came out on a Sunday after hours and then did not want to charge us anything. What a nice treat to find someone who knew what he was talking about and actually had compassion and did not want to just rip us off. Thank you for being a great business owner with heart!
Don did an amazing job installing my new Trane air conditioning unit! My air conditioning unit went out on a Thursday and Don came out that evening to look at my unit even though it was his son's birthday. The following day, Friday, Don changed his schedule to install a new unit for me such that I didn't have to go without air conditioning. The installation job was exceptional and the price was great. Thank you Don!
Don at VIP heating and air is the best is the business. He always responds quickly, and does great work at a great price. I manage 7 apartments and now use VIP exclusively. He even came out on Saturday for me. What more can you want? Highly recommended.
I called and talked with Don directly--we just needed a survey of our system as we are new homeowners and had never lived with air conditioning before. He came over at the end of his long day and was great about reviewing the system--changing filters and review of expectations --He declared our system healthy-He did not do any unnecessary expensive procedures and the visit was very reasonable--we have already recommended him to 2 of our neighbors
Dan is simply the best guy,great service and very fast response. He even come late at night just to keep us COOL I will highly-rated and really recommend him for all your AC or Heating needs.
Don came out to service my unit and did great work, he explained why my unit was failing and did a great job getting it going again. Great customer service, I have peace of mind going into the brutal summer months. I refuse to use anyone else. 5 stars.

VIP is a reliable company. It stands behind it's work. The prices are reasonable. If you have an emergency and call, you will get a call back.
Donnie is like family he fixed our whole a.c. system I couldn't have asked for anyone better looking for an a.c. guy he is it!!! He makes time in his busy day and life to come out when ever we have an issue which has been few and far between .

I have used VIP Heating & Cooling a few times to times to correct the mistakes of another air conditioning company's mistakes, and Don was wonderful, he came right out and replaced the part with the correct ones and got us up and running. Friendly and professional, I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. I have since moved but if I need any further air conditioning repair work I definitely calling Don @ VIP Heating & Cooling.
