Poor character! Smashed into me on highway and left the scene immediately. No regard for my well being. Totally reckless behavior (driving)even leaving scene. Not normal behavior. Beware this guy needs help. He was caught and arrested. Don’t know yet but probably totaled my car.

We used their service twice, both times the guy was super late. The second time we were told 10am-11am with no call or anything saying he was running behind. My husband had to be the one calling to find out if they were still coming... well no one came until almost 5pm. Whatever he fixed in my basement left dirty water every where. We were told the parts he replaced would fix the issue we were having... well a week later and the same thing happened and we have no heat once again. *update- a part was said to be replaced which we paid for 80$ ... the part actually didn’t get replaced and we were told we would be getting a refund check it’s been 2 months now and I’ve called multiple times and was told it’s in the mail or you’ll have it this weekend... guess I’ll be taking them to small claims court.
Reliable, prompt service! I had an issue with my A/C not working and they dispatched a technician immediately! He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was wrong in terms I could understand and got it working that day! I will be calling Viomax Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs from now on!
