Kristie is quick, helpful, and communicative. Robert is capable, honest, and professional. They are the best a/c team I have dealt with in the Boerne/San Antonio area! Robert takes notes and then a full and thorough report is generated by Kristie of: issues found, parts replaced, services rendered, and suggestions/necessities (with quotes when appropriate) for the future. We are very happy with the services they provide for our company and are eager to sign up on a maintenance contract with them at our home, too, as we plane to use them for our business, rental properties, and residence from here on out.
Reliable, honest service. I thought I needed a completely new system when I called, but when Robert came out he said I just needed refrigerant and did not try to upsale anything. I love this company!
I had Vikings Climate Control service my system, they went above and beyond to assure my system was in tip top shape. It's an older system that we were hoping to get a few more years out of, now, I'm sure we will.
