Our air conditioning system went out on a Saturday We called late in the day It was 107', my mother in law is on hospice in the living room and having a very difficult time with the heat. Sal came later in the afternoon diagnosed the problem right away and had it up and running again in no time. A very pleasant man I will definitely call again if I need service
I recently had the pleasure of working with Salvador Higuera over at Viable HVAC and had the most wonderful experience. I was concerned over what I believe was bad and malicious misleading advice/service from a local Heating and Air Company located in the City Whittier whose name I will not mention to avoid hurting their business during a pandemic. The service call that I encountered and addressed was regarding my air conditioning that wasn't working during inspection with a previous Technician. Sal found that unfortunately my unit had loose wires and appeared to be tampered with at the contactor by the condenser. Sal tighten the wires and checked all electrical connections and tested equipment for grounds and found no other issues. He successfully started my unit and complimentary added 2 pounds of refrigerant it. He then spent about 1-2 hours and monitored the operation of unit itself for cooling and to maintaining normal temperature. I was originally told by the previous technician that my unit was bad and needed to be replaced at an exaggerated cost . At this time equipment is operating normal and at manufacturer specifications 100% thanks to Sal and zero percent thanks to the previous techs at the other Whittier company.
Sal know his stuff. He fixed several stuff that other companies couldn't fix. He also saved me lots of money on non necessary expensive other wanted to charge me for.
