My condenser went out in my ac unit. Omar was able to squeeze me in that day and stayed late making sure my ac unit was up and running. The price was more than fair considering what I have paid and seen before to replace it. He didn"t try and up sell me anything and gave some good advice on what to look out for and thinking about a new unit. Absolutely recommend Veterans Heating and Cooling for any service.
My wife and I recently purchased a home in Peoria. We needed a last minute appointment to look at the A/C unit on the house we were about to purchase. Omar responded and came out the next day. If you’ve ever purchased a house, you know how crazy the timelines are. He gave an extensive and detailed diagnosis on the unit. We later bought that house, and after different issue with the unit came up, instead of pushing to sell a brand new unit, he told us what we could do to keep it going after the big purchase. And it’s been going ever since. That was March of last year. As newer home buyers, my wife and both appreciated the honesty, the openness and willingness to help us, instead of feeling pressured to replace the A/C. I know ours will be on the way out soon, and when it does I’m gonna reach out to Omar. I didn’t realise until later that he was prior service, and as a veteran it makes it even easier.
