Had a pipe burst in my wall, Laurie Bence came out the same day, and she is the best plumber I've ever met. Between jobs and owning 200+ year old house, I've worked with a lot of contractors and none of them have done such a quick job or cleaned up better. If you're reading this, thank you.
Love Laurie! Devon returned our call promptly and Laurie & Austin came over to our property to check out heating system. We talked about what we needed and she was able to write me exactly the kind of quote I needed (i.e. Do this step first for $xx and then the next step is $xx, etc). We made an appointment for the repair just a few days out. They were prompt, professional, easy to talk with, and understanding. Our 50 year old gas furnace was on thr fritz. Scheduled an appointment with another company. When they came over to look at it, they told me at first glance that it needed to be replaced. Luckily I found Veteran Plumbing and Heating. Laurie and Austin showed up, diagnosed our furnace and in no time we had heat. Professional, courteous and fair. I could not ask for a better experience. From now on my first call will be to Veteran for all my plumping and heating needs. Thanks again.
Air conditioner condenser died on one of the hottest days of the year. Laurie came out to check and provide an estimate and was back the next day to install a new one. On time and very professional and kept in constant communication through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
Our furnace stopped working after a storm, so we gave Laurie a call, and I'm so glad she was available quickly! She came out, diagnosed a complex, layered issue with our system, and thoroughly explained it so that I could understand it. She promised to order the replacement part, and promptly came to replace as soon as it was available. I had the pleasure of using Veterans Plumbing recently due a defective toilet. Laurie was very accomodating to my crazy schedule. She showed up when she said she would, got the work done in a quick and professional manner and best of all, I felt the price was very reasonable. While I hope I don't need a plumber again, if I do, I know who I am calling

My gas furnace was not working. Contacted Laurie at Veteran Plumbing and Heating. She responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. She explained the problem in terms I could understand. She ordered the necessary part and returned to install it. In summary, she knows what she is doing. The cost was fair. She was willing to work around my schedule to the extent possible.
