Had a problem with my dryer not venting properly due to a clog vent. I was able to get a same day appointment. Robert was awesome. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He took his time and did a great job. I would highly recommend. Great company.
We found Vesta Cleaning in December 2021 to clear 2nd floor dryer vent that prevented our dryer from working. They came right over & not only fixed it but gave us valuable information. We needed to remove an outside vent cover that was causing the lint buildup. Due to scheduling conflicts we couldn't get them back until today. He had to go in the attic & climb a ladder outside to complete the work. As promised during the original job, he changed the cover & cleared the vent again without any additional cost. That kind of Integrity & work ethic is near impossible to find these days. I give this company my highest rating & recommendation!
I highly recommend Vesta Cleaning! I recently had tile work done to my washer and dryer room. The contractor inadvertently cut the elbow floor connection. I selected Vesta Cleaning because of Robert's proactive response and willingness to see me the same day. I appreciate that he put on shoe covers (blue booties), sanitized his hands before touching anything, and wore a mask. Robert quickly fixed the mess the contractor made and did a cleaning. He offered to hook up my dryer, but it was in storage. Robert went above and beyond my expectations. He even provided me with a replacement hose, clamp for my dryer, and temporary cover until I am ready to hook up my dryer. Thank you, Robert, and I look forward to calling you for my next vent cleaning.

I hired Robert last week to clean my dryer vent. He came in as we scheduled and cleaned the vent. In the process he removed the outside cover and was unable to put it back, which was a concern since I could get an animal through the outside opening. That was not a major problem, the worst was yet to come. He indicated that the dryer hose was too old and had to be replaced because it could be a fire hazard. I believed him, my mistake, I am quite inexperienced in these things and am 75 yrs old so I went along with his recommendation. He went out and came back with a very long silver hose and proceeded to install it. When he left I noticed that it looked extremely long and I took some pictures extending y arm behind the units. These are 2 stacked machines in a small space and there no way that I could move this to look in the back. To my amazement the hose was full of holes and was not installed at all, it was just presented on the dryer opening. He left the machine running for 60 minutes when he left, and I realize now that the heat was blowing directly into the electrical outlet creating a serious fire hazard. I sent him several messages and he did not respond. It is obvious why. I am frankly appalled at his dishonesty. I had spoken to a neighbor about how nice he was and even got him another job since he cleaned his vent also. He wanted to give me a discount for the extra job, but I told him it was OK as initially arranged. I had no idea at the time that he had taken advantage of my inexperience and my age. I am now unable to use my machine at all. The old hose was perfect, it was old but it was USA made just as my old machines that last a lifetime not the junk they make now. It is distressing to me that in the middle of this pandemic and will have to go to the laundromat until I find an honest person to fix this problem. Robert was great , on time , quickly found the issue, a dead chimpmunk in my dryer vent , replaced the vent and also vaccumed it , all done within an hour..real professional , will certainly use his services again .

They were very accommodating. I had to get our dryer vent cleaned at our home in another state and they had no issues with me making the request from afar. Work was done in a timely fashion, as they said it would be. Seemed a tad over priced, but still very good.

Robert was wonderful! He was prompt, attentive and fit me in to come out and clean our dryer vent in between my busy schedule. I cannot say enough about the excellent service. I will be calling Robert for my yearly dryer vent cleaning and all my hvac needs!
We needed help with the dryer hose and vent We had no background ..we called Vesta and Robert was the first to get back and he said he could come by that evening. He did come by and helped us fix the hose and install a new vent. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Robert was very friendly & professional. He helped me out with cleaning my dryer vent, which had a birds nest in it. Then he put a steel mesh around the vent to prevent any more from entering. He was very reasonable & a tremendous help!

I called Vesta based on my appliance repairman’s recommendations. My dryer wasn’t drying well lately and so I thought I should contact repair people. I did and there was a problem with my igniter however the tech suggested that I should have my dryer vent cleaned as well since it wasn’t cleaned ever ( I just didn’t know ) and we live in our house for over 5 years now. I called and left a voicemail however Robert called in few minutes back. We scheduled at my convenience. When he arrived I immediately realized this guy knows what he’s doing. It took him roughly an hour to unclog our potentially fire hazard Dryer vent. Will make sure from now on to use their service every year. Thank you.
Our dryer stopped working due to the air exhaust being clogged up. I requested a quote Monday night and Robert responded very quickly. He was able to come the next day at 1pm! He called about an hour before to tell us he was on his way. Spent about 2 hours cleaning the vents from the inside and outside, shorten the vent hose that was behind the dryer and replaced the filter outside! He did not try to us extra charge for this work. What he quoted was what we paid! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job! Planning to use them for our yearly maintenance.
I called Vesta Cleaning for dryer vent cleaning since my condo board requires it to be cleaned every 2 years. Robert came in on time very professional explained why and where and what needs to be done. Left my place cleaner than it was and safer than it was. Will use them every 1-2 years based on Roberts recommendation since we do a lot of laundry. Thank you Vesta and Robert for keeping our dryer vents clean and safely operational.
