I second the first customer's comment concerning that he could use some customer service skills, and you are not the first one he refused to call back in a timely manner. My work did not even get started, and thank you for the review it helped. Hopefully, he can read it, and change his approach. I won’t even get in to the poor initial start and potentially save us from a horrible experience, and what has led me decline his service. He may believe that he did, but the more questions asked about warranty, payments methods, and HVAC system, we became leery.
I contracted Vega to install ductless air conditioners. After installation I noticed that the power cuts off from time to time. I thought maybe the power was not sufficient, I had the electric panel upgraded but this still has not stopped the problem. My disappointment is I have called and texted Vega with no success. The first time I called, he picked up and I explained what the issue was but after that no more picking up or responding to my calls/text and he did not bother to come or send someone to come take care of the issue.. How do you ensure that the units installed are well maintained when the company that installed does not pick your calls or respond to your texts? This is not good service at all hence I cannot refer to any one else.
