Excellent service !! A above & beyond ( Working in the rain) to complete the service.
Before replacing our HVAC system, we asked several dealers, selling multiple brands, to inspect our home and submit proposals. I do not have a bad word to say about any of them. Veasy Mechanical's quote for a "basic" Goodman system was the lowest, but not a much lower as I had expected, given that the next lowest was from a highly-rated dealer of a better known, more expensive brand. But, when I took a closer look at the specs, I realized that Veasey Mechanical's version of "basic" wasn't nearly as bare bones as other systems anywhere in the same price range. Two-stage furnace, variable speed fan, scroll compressor, as opposed to the single stage furnaces, two-speed fans, etc. in other "basic" systems that were proposed. Comparable or better warranties, too! Veasey Mechanical proved great about keeping us informed, and they were punctual, professional, and efficient. Other dealers told us it would be a two or even three day project, but Veasey Mechanical completed the job within six hours, including testing and clean-up. When, between our signing the contract and the scheduled installation, our furnace ceased to function, we Veasey Mechanical not only provided a same-day response (which required working after-hours, no less), but charged us must less we had expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Update: Mr. Veasy assured me that a 3 ton a/c unit would be sufficient to cool our home. Other contractors told us we needed 3.5 ton units, and some tried to sell us 4 ton units. Well, the outside temperature was in the high 90s today, but, indoors, our home remained as cool and comfortable as Mr. Veasey had assured. Constant temperatures and consistent comfort (which wasn't the case with our former system), lowest quote, excellent warranty, and, despite higher than normal temperatures, our power bills are lower than in past years. We could not be more pleased with Veasey Mechanical and the equipment they installed.

We called Veasey Mechanical Services, Inc. to do maintenance on two A/C units with repair to one. This company is the best of the best when it comes to HVAC services. Reliable, dependable and affordable. We will only call Veasey Mechanical for our HVAC needs.

The Customer Service dispatcher at Veasey dispatched "HVAC Professional to respond to our call regards our Heating unit possible leakages. Mr. Veasey himself came and assessed the matter and determined the appropriate repair for getting the unit to continue working safely! We're very grateful!!!
Was having an issue with dual zone heating/cooling not working in upstairs zone. Responded within 24 hours, quickly found and corrected the problem. Would definitely recommend.

The owner came out himself when the problem was not fixed before I could call them they called me and rescheduled to come out when he returned the second time he made sure the system was working properly before he left will definitely use them again also cap me informed on arrival time and when they will arrive.
