My family has been using VAXX AC & HEAT for years! Their punctuality and communication makes you feel like family. Chris really makes us feel heard when explaining our concerns with our system and explains everything that needs to be done thoroughly. Needless to say we haven’t needed major repairs since we started using this company because they help us maintain our systems to run great each season! 5 stars ⭐️

Chris always gets the job done right, he even fixes others mistakes. I have used Vaxs on multiple properties now including my own home were he fixed a leak on a new AC system that I had a different company install. Can out multiple times and couldn't find the problem. Chris found it on the first visit. Since then I count on Chris to take care of all my properties he's the only one I trust. I can't reccomend Vaxs enough!

They installed a brand new system including ducts. They were so professional and best of all cleaned up after themselves so well that I couldn't tell they were there. My house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I highly recommend this company!
Chris and his workers were very polite, clean, on time, I am very pleased with their work. From start to finish, I had no completes. Their prices were better than the other 4 quotes I received, and they were able to install a vent in a room of my home that no other company could do. I highly recommend VAXZ A/C & Heat. Chris was professional and communicative. During this heat wave my A/C stopped working, so I asked around for some one reliable. My friend referred him and he was able to come by they very next morning. He explained the issue and corrected. As a plus he informed me how to maintain my unit so it can last longer and be more efficient.
I wish I could give more stars. As a person who has been in customer service for 10+ years, it's extremely important to me. Our old AC system was 16 years old and need to be replaced badly. With the up coming 112° weather I needed something quick and affordable. I called Chris, he was courteous and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that he was trying to do what was best for me and my family! When he came to install our system he was clean and respectable. You will not go wrong with choosing this company. I will be using them for all my heating & cooling needs. Thank you so much!

My A/C decided to quit on me leaving my house temperature to jump to 91 with 2 kids in it. I called and Chris was able to come out the same day. He was able to fix the problem and my house is running cold air now. Thanks Chris!

I wish I called Chris sooner! He showed up on time, was very clean and professional, and knew exactly what he was doing! He had our AC unit up and running in no time! He also let us know where our unit stands and what our options we’re moving forward. There’s no need to call anyone else when it comes to HVAC and Heat systems, we will be saving his number for future work no doubt!

Had this company come out to my house for my broken ac! Chris got here the next morning and was able to get me up and running fast and for a very affordable price!!! This guy is great. He's very honest and affordable. My furnace was going out and he was able to find one for me. He made an appointment with me to install it. He came in and got the job down. Haven't had one issue. I highly recommend this guy, you will not be disappointed.
