Our A/C stopped working at a very inconvenient time when summer temps were in the 100s. I called two companies for service, and went with Vaughn's A/C and Heating for the first time because they were highly rated by customers and available sooner than their competitor. Aaron Vaughn is a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent and thorough service. He identified, explained, and fixed numerous system issues in one visit at a reasonable price. We can highly recommend Aaron and will give Vaughn's our business in the future.

My unit failed to start day 1 of a 100+ degree wave. I had another local company come out to service my unit . The tech arrived, spent about an hour on the unit and told me it was a fuse and he wouldnt be able to obtain the fuse for 4 days. Once he left, I located the fuse from a local supply house, installed it, and it failed to solve the issue. We then called Vaughn's. Aaron came out first thing in the morning, exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes and had it repaired and operating in another 20. Fantastic customer service and a local small business. He will be our heatin HVAC guy going forward. Thanks Aaron!

I'd highly recommend Vaughn's. They were able to come out the same day to troubleshoot my issues at my new house and provide us some feedback on HVAC maintenance as well. Very honest, punctual, and considerate.

Aaron arrived as scheduled and was able to diagnose very quickly that the thermostat wasn't working. He installed the new one and also did a system maintenace on my heatpump. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with the service.

I found Vaughn's A/C and Heating on Google and they had a 5 star rating. Aaron came out and was very thorough with his diagnosis and explanation of the issues with my furnace and recommended a replacement. Aaron and his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend.

Aaron responded to my phone call around 5:00 pm Friday and was willing to swing on by our place on his way home. Most HVAC companies are closed or have to wait till Monday to service the heater. We were glad to have service tech and this was our first time to have Vaughn to service our heater. Our Trane XR80 was blowing cool air and flashing 4 red lights which is bad capacitors or sensors are out. He was able to detect the problem and fix the issue within minutes. Awesome! Down to earth and truthful about the issue with no further sales pitch of having to buy a new Heater. Thanks Aaron for your service!
