This was the second time I have used Vassar’s. Daniel came out to check my tankless water heater and as it turned out, he only had to clean around the igniter. He was in an out and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Today Tony came out to install hoses on 3 commodes. I was very impressed with his work. Tony was very organized. He cleaned up after his work. He was good about asking my opinion and giving me advice when I asked him. I will definitely keep Vassar’s on speed dial at my house.
Vassars has been wonderful and responsive throughout my entire time working with them. They installed the HVAC throughout my entire home-- they were professional, communicative and courteous throughout the whole process. I have no met a single person at this company who was anything less than lovely, and will happily continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.
I had installed a new furnace and A/C unit today and am absolutely thrilled! Justin Young and Renard Faison were an absolute joy to have!!!! Both displayed great expertise, efficiency, and so very helpful. Both were so patient answering my thousands of questions and I certainly would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best quality job…. So friendly and accommodating!!!!!! Thank you so much guys!!
They put in the ductless heat for my partner's building. They wouldn't show up when they said they were going to and then would show up unannounced randomly. It took over a month with no communication. They left a hole in the wall to the outside for well over a week because they drilled it, put nothing in it and didn't close it up, tons of bugs got in through it. Now that they did finish, the units are leaking and ruined a bunch of wall art. Completely unprofessional and garbage work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
Cliff at Vassars is truly the expert when it comes to HVAC installation and repair. He knows the ins and outs of each system and stays up to date on developments in the industry. Highly recommend!
Vassar's reacted quickly when my water heater leaked (a few years back), and they have been my HVAC/Plumbing contractor since then. They are always curteous, professional, and arrive on time. I feel they are honest and fair with the pricing and always back their work.

Over the years I have used many plumbers and I have to say this was one of the most positive experiences I have had in a long time. Our overhead pipes started leaking and Vassar's came out to fix the problem. Mr. Dennis (plumber) was courteous, helpful and really went out of his way to provide excellent service. I would use Vassar's again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
