Andre came out on short notice on a Saturday morning and took excellent care of us getting our AC running. He was professional and prompt and explained the issue clearly for us to understand what needed to happen. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their HVAC system.
Well, the technician came because of a noise in the compressor, and well, he put the depression meter on it and said that it seems to have a lot of gas and I have to get gas out of it and well, it worked but the day got cold and I had to pay for it and it already worked
They came a little earlier with prior notice and went above and beyond to explain things to me. When he left we immediately noticed a difference in our cooling without suggestion of replacement! Highly recommend and will be calling out for semi annual maintenance!

I cannot say enough good things about Vargas heating and air. I called in just to see if they could give me an estimate on a new AC unit and they were at my house within the hour. They checked the unit and sent me a very fair estimate right away. Not only did they check the unit and give me an estimate within a couple hours of me calling but they installed the unit the same day! I will be calling them for any future heating and air needs from here on out.
Andre was great. He was very honest with us and so super knowledgeable, and just superb customer service overall. He helped us understand our problem and our solution and the reasoning behind it. We are happy to have learned something from this! We had a problem that ended up being a simple fix but we will definitely be calling Vargas for our HVAC and A/C needs in the future. Amazing service.
