Richard was very professional and personable. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough in his work. He did everything that he said he would and allowed me to observe the entire process to ensure his trustworthy advice. Will use this company again in the future.
I had a last minute appointment with this company due to my hectic schedule. The first compliment I would like to point out is they worked around my timing and work schedule to the point where I didn’t have to miss any time off work. They did a lot of work at my location and it took a while but they got the job done and kept the work space clean. I will use Richard, and Cody again! Thank you guys for the hard work!
I had a 10 AM - Noon appointment window so I stayed home from work for the morning to have our duct cleaning completed. The appointment window came and passed with no call and no one showing up. I reached out to Vanguard to see what the status of our appointment was and was told they were running a few hours behind but they could still get here later in the afternoon. I continued to stay home to wait. Again, no call and no show so a whole day was wasted. In my opinion, I wouldn't bother wasting your time with this company.
Can’t recommend Vanguard enough. Quick phone call to get setup and was able to come during a time that worked for my family and I. Cody was very professional and courteous. He explained everything and got right to work. I will definitely be using them again for cleaning the whole house ducts and will be recommending Vanguard to my neighbors as well.
Trust the reviews! 5.0. We had Richard, he walked through the home with us, and educated us on our HVAC system. He answered questions, recommended services and created service bundles that would best help the longevity of our system. I knew he knew what he was doing based on the information he was giving us. Walking into the home with fresh air. I highly recommend getting serviced by Vanguard.

After buying our first home in CO, we called Cody to come out and inspect/clean our HVAC system. He was very thorough in his inspection and honest with where he felt areas needed cleaning and where we could opt out if we wanted (we chose to do everything for a fresh start). He even tuned up our furnace, checked filters, and helped remedy an issue with the furnace filter not staying in it's proper position. Both Cody and the other gentleman who came the day of cleaning were fabulous. Quick with the work, professional, and thorough. They were even so sweet with my kiddos who love to chat off strangers' ears. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Team showed up right on time and were professional and polite. Took care of the issue quickly and did not try to upsell me on anything that wasn't needed. Will be using Vanguard again in the future!
Richard was amazing and incredibly thorough. We had a devastating home fire and the first company to come out and clean made it look like the vents, ducts and furnace were cleaned, however after I saw visible debris two days after the cleaning, it was very clear they misrepresented themselves. That’s when I came across Vanguard. Richard and Caleb physically showed me the amount of debris that was not taken care of by the previous company and took pictures as well for me so I could see the inner workings. They worked incredibly hard and put the time and care into making sure our home was safe from all hazardous soot and construction debris. The vents, ducts and furnace look brand new again. I look forward to hiring Vanguard in the future for general upkeep on our home and recommend them 100%.
My husband and I couldn’t ask for a better service with Cody today! He was so nice and easy to talk too! He did an amazing job cleaning out our ducts and vents today! I can already feel a huge difference in our air flow! We were having troubles getting air flow to two of our rooms and as soon as I walked into those rooms after he was done, I could instantly feel the difference with the air flow! Absolutely amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! Cody also cleaned out our dryer vents for free, which was so awesome because mine were bad. He seriously cares so much for his customers and it truly shows! Through out the time he was here, he would stop doing whatever he was doing to answer our questions with no hesitation. I am definitely using them again in the future and so should you if your looking for someone to clean out your ducts and vents, furnace cleaning, AC cleaning, or even just to have your dryer vents cleaned, call vanguard! They also have very good prices! Thank you again Cody for everything you did, you rock!

Called Cody, I had issues with my dryer so thought it could be my dryer vent, he went over possibilities over the phone with me and made me feel comfortable asking lots of questions. He got me scheduled quickly (within 2 days, I think he had availability within 1 day but i chose a different day). Cody and Junior dealt with the weirdness happening with my dryer and they cleaned out my dryer vent pretty quick. They have great customer service and I would recommend them for the next project. Thank you for all you guys do!

As a first time homeowner, this kind of info and trustworthy work at an affordable price is invaluable. I highly recommend working with them and know who I will call if I ever need more work done!
I can’t recommend this company enough. They were extremely nice, honest, and professional. I was provided various service options but not pushed or suggested unneeded additional services; they were completely upfront and honest in recommendations. They weren’t able to pull everything out for a full HVAC clean, so I was not charged full price for that service. I greatly appreciated that they walked and talked me through what they were doing and the status of my HVAC system, ducts, and vents. They were able to solve part of the reason why my system was running so loud; there is no way for anyone to fix the other issue as it’s an older system with some major rust. Rest assured they will do everything they can to resolve any issues in your system. I can’t comment on the competitiveness of their pricing as I did not get other quotes, but regardless, I would call them again for the quality of work and honesty.
Overall the best experience that anyone could hope for! I had spoken with Cody to come out at a prior date. After the initial inspection he informed me that there might be mold growth in the bathroom located in the basement. He also stated that I should go ahead and take care of the mold growth first before having him clean the ducts. That way he would not have to come back out twice which would prevent me from having to pay double for his services. So we decided that I would reach out to him after I took care of the mold issue. So fast forward now after a mold inspection and a couple of drywall pieces removed, I reached back out. He had given me an estimate for the services I was requesting. After Cody and his crew member completed the job he contacted me and informed me that he dropped the price from the original estimate. He stated that my AC condenser was pretty much spotless and didn't really need any cleaning. So he ended up lowering the cost. On top of that he informed me of another issue he caught which involved the bearing to my furnace blower. In the end, the tenants could already feel a difference in air quality. Cody was very communicative, professional and honest. His attention to detail while completing the air duct cleaning service is second to none. So if anyone is interested in having air your ducts cleaned. Vanguard Duct Cleaning is the way to go. I will be using their services in the future. Thanks again Cody!

Absolutely great service!! Cody was quick and friendly. He had me laughing at the weird way my house was built. Especially when he unscrewed a vent above my garage door, and it was just a hole in the wall 🤦♀️🤦♀️ Great conversation while he worked and was even mindful of my baby girl while she napped nearby. I will definitely be using this service again in the future!!
