Great service. Very professional and prompt. Installed a water heater at my house.
Do not support this incredibly immature owner. If you want to be charged $180 for a couple of guys to sit in their van and eat their lunch, he's your guy. This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!! Had a leak on my water lines to my water heater the owner answered at 10pm and he said they would be out at 7am to get it fixed. They were on time and got it fixed quickly. The guy they sent out was awesome. I have some other work that needs to be done they are getting my business.

My home warranty could not find a plumber for an active leak for five days. Van Allen sent someone out that the same day I called for service. Friendly, efficient, and reasonable rates will use again
We recently had a water heater break down, and every plumber in town was busy or was completely booked. Roman at Van Allen Plumbing was professional in explaining the repair timeframe, process, and permits needed for City of Reno in regards to the replacement. He even came a day early, and did not change the prices due to weekend work! Will highly recommend Van Allen Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing issues, and will definitely use again if needed.
Van Allen Plumbing installed all our 6 new toilets with professionalism, care and without any errors that needed me to recall them. They provided new water lines, toilet rings and installed my upgraded flush handles with out additional charge. The also took my old toilet and cleaned the work areas prior to leaving.

Don't know what happened, they never called me back so they lost my business. Needed a new water heater with install. Dont like to rate anyone with 1 star but when you don't even return a call to say you can't be there for an estimate, that's what you get. Sorry
They were available right away when hot water heater broke. They installed new tankless the same day. Wallis loves dogs, dog people are always better people. Happy they got it done so quick so I could have showers and do laundry and dishes again!

They were very helpful. Even when we had a problem after the install of our tankless water heater. They were prompt in coming back to fix the issue.
We had not called a plumber for years; but had a water heater leak on a Saturday; so we called Van Allen Plumbing. We were able to get a hold of Mr. Van Allen on his cell, and he sent out a plumber within 2 hours. Gabe diagnosed the problem, and took care of the leak, replacing a couple of flex lines and an expansion tank. He was knowledgeable, and the repair cost was very reasonable. A great first experience with Van Allen, and I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you Mike and Matt with Van Allen Plumbing!! Our kitchen sink is no longer clogged 🎉 Mike was on time (a few mins early even), personable and thorough. The sink drained then clogged again a few times and he stayed until it was completely fixed. He came out at 8am on a Saturday and charged exactly the price he had told me. Impressive! He even had some suggestions for another project we have on our short list! Very pleased, just wish I had accepted defeat sooner and had him out two days ago!

Van Allen Plumbing and Water Heaters did a very professional job finding and installing an unusual size and shape water heater in a very difficult, small space in a ski condo. The installer was on time and did a very complete job, including all cleanup and disposal of the old unit. We would definitely recommend Van Allen Plumbing.
