I had a radon system installed 8 years ago and included a new sump pump that I had purchased. I called them up and they came out and installed a new and better some pump. The quality of his work was more than I could imagined the first time. This time was no less. I would recommend this company highly.

Chris put an active radon abatement system into our 1950's home that tested at an unsafe level during our pre-purchase inspection. The work was impeccable; he was able to put in the system with minimal modifications to the home and I learned a great deal about radon control and general home maintenance at the same time. An unexpected added bonus was that, because the fan for the system was right outside our master bedroom, we enjoyed the best white noise we've ever experienced (apps included) and slept incredibly well. Chris's level of experience and mastery was evident every step of the way. We've moved on from that house, but we still miss the gentle sound of our radon mitigation fan. I strongly recommend radon testing of every house in the Red River Valley prior to finalizing a home purchase and, if the levels are high, calling Chris.
I had a radon system put in place by another company that was ineffective, delaying my closing date twice. I contacted Chris at Valley Radon Mitigation and not only was he very professional, knowledgeable, and kind, he also moved his schedule around to fit me in quickly to be able to come and install his system. Before beginning, Chris explained what he planned to do and made sure all of my questions were answered. He was able to use one of the two sump pump pits in the home to install the mitigation system. He also noticed that I had a crack in the basement floor, without even pulling back the carpet. He sealed off the crack and sealed both sump pits as well. The work he completed on my home not only looks great, but was very effective and brought radon levels significantly down to a safe level. Because of Chris I was able to close on my home only a few days after installation. I will be recommending Chris to everyone I know. Great company!
If you need a radon mitigation system installed in the FM area, look no further. This company is easily a 10/10. They installed a very effective, clean looking system that I am totally happy with. Their customer service and communication is also excellent.

We couldn't be happier with the big radon mitigation job that Chris at Valley Radon took care of. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, priced reasonable/great value, and does high quality work. Chris was patient and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions and then some. Did the work when promised and we always knew what the plan was during the entire project. Had more faith in him than another well known company during the estimate process, then was even happier once he started and completed the work. We picked the right person for the job and couldn't be happier. Very impressed.
I highly recommend Chris at Valley Radon Mitigation for radon systems and sump pump/battery back-up sump pump installations. He answered the phone every time I called and gave thorough explanations of the products he was recommending and why. When I called initially it was for advice on installing the systems myself and working around the radon mitigation system he had installed just before we moved into our house. His extremely reasonable price and helpful explanations convinced me to just have him do it and save myself the trouble. He was punctual, professional, friendly and completed a high quality install in a reasonable amount of time.

The home I moved into has a radon mitigation system which was all new to me. When I heard unusual noise coming from the equipment, I called the company and left a message, assuming it would be the next day before I'd hear anything. Chris returned my call within 30 minutes, and quickly determined he needed to take a look. He was very helpful and took the time to explain the entire system to me and answer the questions I had. I would definately recommend this company to anyone considering installing a radon mitigation system.
We had Chris install our radon mitigation system in 2015 and he did a wonderful job at a great price. We just had him come back to replace our main sump pump (3/27/2019). He was very helpful when I called and explained our problem over the phone and was fast and at an amazing price to install a new pump for us. I highly recommend calling Valley Radon Mitigation for any of your sump pump needs.

We purchased a home with a mitigation kit installed by Valley Radon. When the fan stopped working, Chris was available to replace it free of charge because of the five year guarantee with his installs. Since the replacement was made, we detected new vibrations and Chris offered to take a look within a few days. I’ll likely keep this company in mind should any future installs come up. Clean looking install, good on-kit documentation (incredibly helpful for warranty information) and Chris is pleasant to work with. The only improvement I would recommend is sending more updates, especially if scheduled times change. I appreciate the help Chris!
I've recommended Valley Radon Mitigation to my clients for years. They've always been very responsive, and do the work in a clean, precise and professional way. Glad to have them in my tool box
It is very unfortunate. We installed the system last Dec.before we moved in. The system was working and well controlled the radon level under EPA safe level although the fan sometime does cause noise. However, due to very cold weather, the system stops working and radon level in basement increases up to 7. I tried to contact Chris by emails, phone calls. Never get any response so far. Such high radon in house is a big concern. We paid money on the system only one year. The service is so bad. I feel so disappointed about the service from Valley Radon Mitigation, completely ignoring their clients after the installation.
Reasonably priced and we suggest Valley Radon to all of our clients that need a mitigation system!
