Jamie is our go-to person for all heating and air conditioning needs. He responded to our text immediately and scheduled an appointment for today. i continue to be impressed by Jamie's professionalism, competence,and determination.He and his assistant Jake replaced the condenser unit on my heat pump two weeks ago . A minor glitch occurred , and Jamie returned promptly to service the unit and correct the malfunction. I would recommend Vai Services ,without hesitation , and will continue to use Jamie/Vai Services going forward . Apparently , there are a few honest , reliable , professional contractors in this field ,and he is certainly one of them !
Highly recommend this company. It was the first time having them look at our system, and they could immediately tell what was going on with it without any additional information. I felt confident that the Heat Pump concerns that were raised were legitimate and they gave great advice on which repairs to make now and which could be postponed.

Lost heat due to a short. Called early morning and from call to repair was less than 2 and half hours. Technician throughly explained what was wrong and options for repair and related costs. Made sure to wear "booties" in house and made the requested repairs at a reasonable cost. Both friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Turning on our AC for the first time for the year the other day and nothing on the second floor was getting any air and first floor wasn’t blowing as much as it was before. Jamie was able to make it out to our house to check things out in a timely manner. They were very communicative from setting up the appointment to confirming the time and when they were on the way. Turned out to be an easy solution and was very informative as to what was happening and best practices. They were very friendly and professional and will definitely be reaching out to them to service our hvac in the future.

I’m on vacation in FL, and the burners on my gas furnace at home were not kicking on. Jamie came out, diagnosed, and repaired inside of 20 min. I have animals in the house, so I had to get it repaired quickly. Vai Services was very responsive and fixed my issue at a reasonable cost very quickly
Woke up to no heat and our almost 40 year old boiler on the fritz. Within a couple hours, Jamie had identified and fixed the problem. Parts for this system are not easy to come by. He is always reliable and honest and is also helping us find the best solution to replacing our old boiler system in the near future. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable and no sales pitch. Does the work needed and offers recommendations as to what may help the performance of the unit and ultimately lower your bills. Not a faceless company. The owner comes to the house with service technicians. I’ll never call anyone else.
