Utah heating and cooling have been great to work with! They sent a text as soon as I was on the schedule. I received a text when they were on their way and they were ON TIME! The technicians that have been in professional and respectful. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained exactly what I needed to expect. The work appears to be good quality.

Both workers conducted themselves in a professional and friendly manner. They worked efficiently and completed the AC replacement in a timely manner. They explained their completed work clearly and thoroughly cleaned up the work site when they were finished. We’re very pleased with the service we received!

Update: the below still holds for the in-person interactions; however, during the pre-season cleaning the techs failed to wash/rinse-off the radiator on the AC unit during the tune-up. Furthermore, after the compressor was diagnosed as failed and in need of replacement, the company never filed an order for a compressor that they said was dead but which was later identified as completely functional by a 2nd opinion... and it's still blowing cold air today.... We had a quick pre-season tune-up and minor repairs identified during the visit. Our technician (Rebekah) was Extremely professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She even patiently answered my endless questions as I plan/budget a future furnace/AC upgrade to a more efficient system.
Another company tried to charge $600 and these guys fixed it for the price of the service call. Amazing! A+

hey the truth is that I do not want to spend another night without air, that is not cooling and the thermostat does not go below 76 and goes up again, I need to be sent to another company to solve the problem

This company was very responsive with my request via the home warranty provider that they partner with. Rebekah the technician was punctual, very professional and kind too. She took time to explain some behavior of the system we had questions about, and ensured that she checked and double checked that things looked good. She gave us some pointers and let us know when we should submit a claim for any particular issues - but that all was good for now. It was just nice and refreshing to have someone who was there to do what we asked and not upsell us anything more and who we felt was really trying to make sure our whole system was good for the season. Thanks very much, Rebekah. I will absolutely ask for your business again and refer you because of how you operated. Thank you!
