My AC stopped working and I called on a holiday to schedule a technician to come the next day. Jason called me with an ETA and arrived when he stated. Before taking more than one step into my house, he covered his boots so he wouldn't track dirt. He was courteous and quick with diagnosing the issue. He told me how much it would cost and was quick with repairing it. He answered our questions afterwards and was professional the entire time. I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC issues.
Great experience. I requested service through the Handy app and got service the next day. Jason diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it quickly and also gave great advice on maintenance. Will definitely use them again.

USA HVAC were did an outstanding job start to finish. They were prompt returning our call and coming out the same day to give us a quote. On the scheduled day, Jason, Pablo, and Oracio did an outstanding job replacing our flex ducts, cleaning the metal ducts, and doing maintenance on the A/C system. They were very professional and extremely friendly and courteous and did an outstanding job. It was a hot day and they never complained working in the attic. They explained everything as they progressed thru the job and completely cleaned up when finished. We were very pleased with the work they performed, I would highly recommend them.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my HVAC system was running efficiently. From the moment Jason arrived at my home, he was polite and courteous. He took the time to explain the issues with my system in a way that was easy to understand, and provided me with a clear and detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. Throughout the repair process, Jason was incredibly thorough, taking great care to ensure that everything was done correctly and to the highest standard. He was respectful of my home and left the work area clean when he was finished. In addition to his technical expertise, Jason was also a pleasure to work with on a personal level. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Man. Where do I even start. Let’s start with them being 24/7. They always have someone there. Number 2. They charge for it, but they even send people on holidays, AND emergency services, which I’ve needed TWICE after these horrendous house holders at Ryan homes. Another thing is the employees. Jason serviced me x3 and each time was professional, courteous and honest. He gets things done quickly, in an orderly fashion, and he’s on top of everything. Did my maintenance and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it for me. Honestly, if they send anyone to my house besides Jason, I’d probably have to reschedule. Jason, you are the face of the company, and you’re doing a great job of advertising.
Amazing company. I first called them two summers ago when our air conditioner went out. I called at 8:45 PM and my call was answered. They were out the next afternoon and we were up and running. All of their employees are personable, knowledgeable, courteous and do a great job of explaining exactly what they are doing without trying to upset you.

!!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!! I called the company as my a/c was not blowing cold air. I was expecting at least a 24 hrs period before I could get a tech out. However that was not the case, it was even better got a tech at my house in a few hrs. My tech was Jason Diaz. He made the process so easy.
My A/C died around 6pm, I put a request in on thumbtack at 7, Jason reached out and was at my residence at 8. He diagnosed and resolved the situation in less than 30 minutes. Jason is a pro and I already told my friends and coworkers about his work and advice on the next steps in maintaining my A/C unit.
We had USA HVAC come out last year when we were having issues with our A/C. Jason was able to come out the following day (we had a one-year-old child so we needed it fixed ASAP) and diagnosed and repaired a refrigerant leak. My mother-in-law was there when he came and raved about how polite and professional Jason was. I spoke with him on the phone during and after the repair and he explained in detail what was going on. So, when we noticed a separate issue again this year with our outdoor unit, I called them right away. I really appreciated how Jason provided me his business card before he entered the house. He was very respectful of our home and was so patient with all of our questions (I had a lot of them). The issue was difficult to diagnose because of different error codes on the unit but Jason was diligent and determined to resolve the issue. He came out three days in a row, two of which were after-hours, without hesitation. Ultimately, he found the issue to be the thermostat. He replaced it and took extra time to cycle everything and ensure it was working properly before he left. Jason then texted me the following day to follow up and make sure there were no further issues. I can't say enough about the high level of professionalism and customer service of this company. We have had a lot of contractors come to our home since we purchased it in 2020 and this company demonstrates what other contractors should strive for. Prices were fair and reasonable also. I will absolutely be calling them for any other HVAC needs in the future.
