Dean is GREAT! With no hesitation I would recommend Olympic to service your AC needs. He was able to not only view and service our unit within the hour of contacting him During PHX summer BUT he was also very down to earth and made this stressful process easy! Very happy we found our go-to place to service our unit.

US Comfort Air Conditioning (Luis Arias, Proprietor) was referred to us by our general contractor who was working on other remodeling projects in our residence. Boy, this is one of those referrals you "thank your lucky stars" having received. The owner, Luis, visited us and surveyed our nearly 16 year old American Standard 5 ton A/C unit. His survey included detailed pictures of all internal operations and he wrote a detailed summary of conditions and required repairs. He stated upfront he could get the unit in working order but advised us also it might be "putting good money after bad". He discussed options carefully. We concluded replacement was in order. He discussed various manufacturers and we jointly agreed to use a Trane 5 ton two-phase unit on our 2,400 sf home. The Trane unit desired was on back order and took about two weeks to receive. Luis carefully assessed the existing "unit base", made some changes to provide a quieter operation from our new unit and delivered and installed the unit in a seamless fashion. We are 100% happy with US Comfort A/C from start to finish and recommend them to anyone seeking advice on an existing unit, servicing (we like semi-annual check-ups) and knowing you are buying a high quality unit at most competitive pricing available. We also received an APS rebate offered due to the high efficiency (16 seer) unit we purchased. All in, we were slightly under $10,000 all in for the services provided. We couldn't be happier! I purchased a new home 7 years ago. My AC has gone out three times in the 7 years I have owned my home. Twice the AC went out in the middle of summer. On one occasion, Luis came to the rescue well after normal business hours and fixed my AC. My elderly mother law who suffers from parkinson's disease was visiting for the summer, so needless to say I needed my AC fixed in hurry. Most recently, Luis fixed my AC and saved me a tremendous amount of money. You will not find a more honest person and businessman than Luis. I highly recommend you give him a call.
Whenever I have an issue with my air conditioning, I always call US Comfort Air Conditioning to fix the problem ! Luis (who was sent by the company) was really helpful in explaining what the issue was and even went as far as gathering info about different ways I could pay for it. Instead of having no AC and dealing with the heat until I had enough money to pay , Luis helped me get a loan and finished fixing the A/C within a day ! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who wants an awesome job done at an affordable price .
