Service agreement defaulted. No one answering phones and website is down. I spent thousands repairing our AC last summer to find out we’re out of luck. Super disappointed. I will be contacting BBB.
Company out of business. I am left holding the bag on a Preventive Maintenance Agreement & Labor Agreement to the tune of $2,500 on a new A/C unit that can no longer be honored. Why would they be selling 10 year agreements if they were going out of business in a year? Rip off!
Bought a 5 yr Maintenance Contract about six months ago...now they won’t honor it because they “are going thru a transition”. Stay away from this place !!!
I will stick to the facts on this review, US Air Home Energy came to my house to do Vent sealing and system checkup in conjunction with a Solar Installation. I had 2 working AC Units when they got there , the inspection pointed out some suggestions and seemed like a chance for them to sell a service plan. After they completed their vent sealing and thermostat installation , my upper AC (Heat pump), unit stopped cooling , they came out and charged my system with coolant , 1 month later , it stopped cooling again, Again it needed coolant and this time the tech showed me a video of the coolant leaking out of my condenser, in the attic where they had been working with the duct sealing. Well needless to say I now need an entire new Ac system in my upstairs , works fine for a month with almost $500 on coolant installed . And of course " they had nothing to do with the damages to my condenser. My only wish is that google had negative stars so I could properly grade this company. Do not let this company in for even a "tune up" if it ain't broke they will break it for you Take care and have a great day Bill

My husband and I unfortunately had the dreaded repair happen. Our A/C units went out the week it was 117. We called US Air Home Energy at 8:00p worried because the air was not working on our downstairs unit, and our upstairs unit was also struggling. We have 3 dogs and could not be without air. Jeremy was quick to show up, and spent significant time checking everything it could be, while explaining everything to my husband so we weren't stuck guessing if what they were suggesting was accurate. Turns out we needed two new units; upstairs and downstairs. Sticker shock definitely set in, but Jeremy was excellent at explaining our options and making sure it was affordable for our budget. By the very next day David and Russ were at our house installing our upstairs system... in the 117 degree weather. They worked all day! They had to come back the next day to do the upstairs unit. Sean, Jeremy, Russ, David and the other technicians worked so hard to make sure we had air. I HIGHLY recommend US Air Home Energy to anyone looking for service or new units! I can't brag about them enough!
You get what you pay for, I guess. I thought the $20 AC check was a good deal. The tech/manager did a basic look though and said everything was fine and if you want maintenance, here's what maintenance costs. Was there about 5 minutes, didn't seem like he looked at much, but we're no experts so it is what it is. Fast forward a month and my AC breaks down. Call the warranty guy out there and he finds the issue in 25 seconds. The interior coils are so dirty he can't even see them and in 15 years of HVAC exp he has no idea how my AC has been actually running so long with the coils so dirty. Now, I will take sole responsibility for not doing the maintenance as I had no idea it was a necessary thing... but it would've helped immensely if, oh... I don't know, someone I paid to do a 30 point inspection would've actually looked at them to let me know they were in such bad shape. And if he didn't look at the interior coils, what else didn't he look at? So now I need to get another inspection. Add to that, I had to call 4 times before I spoke to someone that could help and they never called back like they said they would, and I had to chase them down. They get an extra star for refunding my $20, so there's that.
I randomly picked US Air Home Energy from the internet and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the first conversation with Stuart whom I explained my air conditioner problem, I was impressed with the follow up and pleasant customer experience. He was courteous and returned my call to verify when a representative would be scheduled to come to my home. Jason Kenney the Sales Manger did my service call. He was excellent and thorough in explaining the issue and suggested more than one resolution. This group is professional and takes all the time necessary to explain all options for the fix as well as an option to make sure your large investment in your air conditioner is serviced properly. Finding an honest reputable company is often difficult but this time they proved to be exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them. Thank you Stuart and Jason for the easy experience to get my air conditioner back up and running smoothly.
I got a phone call soliciting at a time when I needed my air conditioning checked. They came out promptly, did a great job and I would highly recommend. I found my rep to be honest, and he took the time to go over explaining it to me so I could understand it. I thought I'd probably go back to the guy I used to use, but was really glad I'd try US Air Home Energy. I intend them to come back out and improve my ductwork and maybe solar? Great job, Brandon. You're the best.
Had this company out to my house. I’m a renter so we had to go though my landlord. They were extremely professional and willing to work with me. They got my ac running same day and told us what we needed to to to improve airflow to our outside rooms. Would refer to any and everyone.
Beware worst company ever showed up late. Incredibly unprofessional, took forever to do anything. The ring leader Grant had no clue how to work the system and was on his phone the entire time. Never got report when I was told I would receive it once Grant got back to his office, which he lied and never did. Made a huge mess of my house as well. The machine kept malfunctioning and getting the the sealant all over the place. There are plenty of other companies I feel would have cared alot more about the quality of work they were doing then this company.
I wish there was a lower rating then Zero stars. When you send a person out to do an audit and the promise to send you the report I expect to get the report. #1 lie. 8 days and still nothing. Then get a called back today after first calling the office. Lie # 2 Never told me that you had to come back out with the report. I am 100% blind and use a screen read. I need it to read before I every sit back down and even talk with my wife about it. Lie #3 If you make a promise KEEP your promise. You said the report would be emailed to me in 24 hours and today is 8 days and still no report just excuses about being so busy. Too bad. Slow down customer service always comes first.

Today US Air Home Energy LLC Technician Justin, arrived to do the winter check of my Home heater air conditioner unit, at a cost of $39.95 ($40.00), the tech did a very good job checking and inspecting the complete unit (AC/Heater) while explaining what he was doing; unit passed all test. I did sign a 5 year preventive contract at a cost of $20.00 per month (4 beers at restaurant), because sooner or later all home AC/Heater units fail and like I said the price of four restaurant beers is a good price.
