Steve and Derek did such an amazing job on my new AC unit, it was super quick and they gave me an amazing deal. As a woman I like feeling like I can trust the service people I call and Steve was just so honest and informative I knew I called the right company. I found them by looking at recommendations on the neighborhood app and they were recommended over and over again. I definitely see why.
It's getting harder and harder these days to find people that are great at their profession, honest, show up on time, and genuinely care for the people they serve. This company is a gem. Thank you for your quick response and getting us back up and running.

This was the first company I called. At the time I thought I’d have to call a million different places to get on a schedule. But, they said they could come in 30-45 minutes. They went right to work and wasted zero time. Fortunately my unit was repairable! I’m very impressed with the level of service. Thank you Urgent Air!

Steve and Casey are the nicest kindest people that truly care about their customers and always go above and beyond. They’ve been our go to heat and air people for years and when I had a major problem early Sunday morning Steve was there within 30mins of calling him. We will never use another company and will always recommend them. Absolutely the best! Thank you guys!
Urgent Air gets all the stars! I cannot say enough good things about them, especially Steve who was so friendly! I called and sent a message one evening and Steve very quickly returned my call. He was at our home within a couple hours and by 930pm our unit was fixed and running! Their pricing was fair and I would recommend urgent air to anyone!
Called Urgent Air because my upstairs AC wasn’t working and Steve promptly came out and fixed our AC. He was very professional, honest, and a fair price. Will be using them in the future!
Saved us $5,500 by finding leak and doing repair rather than pushing expensive replacement equipment. Done with the big HVAC guys. Switching to Urgent Air for all future HVAC work. Thanks Steve!
We had an issue with our air conditioner so I called Steve. He scheduled a visit for the next day. Pleasantly surprised that we need a repair and not a new system. Will definitely use Urgent Air again!
My A/C quit working on the first hot Sunday in May. I left a message on Sunday afternoon and recieved a call back from the owner with two hours. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning, resolved my issue, and replaced part and serviced my unit. Urgent Care is definitely top knotch. Very reasonably priced, and Steve was very professional and such a nice guy. Trust all the 5-star reviews!!
Ive been around for 75 years, seen a lot of service people in my time. Steve is the most knowledgeable HVAC man I have ever seen. He is the real deal when it comes to air conditioners. Shows up on time, with a great attitude, and fixes it THE FIRST TIME!! I don't usually do reviews, but I feel after using him 3 times now, (separate incidents) he deserves a great review.
I’m going to make this brief because I can’t say enough about Urgent Air. 10/10 top notch company. I had a failure in my outside blower motor Saturday night. Steve answered his phone on Mother’s Day and spent about 30 minutes discussing the issue and walking me through possibly fixes. He didn’t have an opening till Tuesday but made time for me first thing Monday morning. After getting the system running we discussed payment and pricing on other services. In my experience they are honest and have very fair pricing. Please consider Urgent Air for your HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed.
