I had Urban Mechanical install a Nest thermostat that my husband can't figure out how to install. Miguel came by that same day we call him and resolve the issue with an hour. My husband and I are so grateful to Miguel for help us with the thermostat issues because we had no heat And now both the thermostat and are working perfectly fine! Urban Mechanical was very professional and punctual. They arrived at the time they said they would, and were very quick to diagnosing the problems with my HVAC system. Miguel didn’t have the replacement part on he’s truck so he had to go to local supply house to pick it up. Needless to say that within two hours my system is up and running and we had Heat again! I just want to say that I highly recommend Urban Mechanical for all your HVAC needs, because I surely will be using them for now on n and I hope you will too! Keep up the good work Urban Mechanical!
We found Miguel based on high recommendations online and he did not disappoint. We were looking to have A/C installed in our house. Miguel has endless energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge about his work. He visited several times before work started to discuss every possible option we could take considering everything from energy costs, efficiency, future work on our house, plumbing, alternatives, etc. He was patient throughout our considerations, but once we picked a plan, he went to work immediately. Miguel followed all safety protocols, wore a mask indoors, covered his shoes, and cleaned up after himself. He stopped by many times to update us on his progress and inform us of what he would be doing next. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was friendly to my family as he worked and always considered when or if he would be in our way while working. Since he spent so much time at our house on this project, he also helped provide information on any other issues he ran into as he worked. One example is he helped me clear our dryer vent when he saw that link was building up on the outside trap door. Since his work has been completed, he periodically checks our satisfaction with his work, reminds us of any maintenance that needs to be done, and makes sure all units are functioning as they should. Miguel went above and beyond our already high expectations. I highly recommend him for any project he can do.

I learned about Urban Mechanical LLC through the grapevine and always heard nothing less than praises of the company and its owner. Years ago I hired a company to install two boilers in my multi family. They took forever, made mistakes, delivered a sloppy job (as you will see in my photos, they are green in color) and never returned for their first year check up as promised in their ads. So when it came time to replace an older failing boiler, I was very skeptical of calling back that other company so I turned to my social media for suggestions and the name Urban Mechanical LLC came up a few times, so after hearing and reading positive reviews, I decided to call to scheduled a consultation and quote. Mike, owner and operator, met me at the scheduled time, he was friendly, super knowledgeable and took time to educate me on boilers. He delivered a product and service worthy of another praise from this NEW satisfied customer. My husband and I had Urban Mechanical come out to our house last Friday because we were having problems with our heat. The heating system just kept on cycling on and off and We didn't know what to do! Miguel responded to my message promptly and scheduled us for later on that afternoon. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed a problem as a cracked heat exchanger in the furnace. He educated us on what caused the problem and Gave us several options on replacement systems. Because at that point, the entire system had to be replaced. Miguel was kind enough to schedule us as an emergency repair so that we can get this done over the weekend and well before it starts getting cold out. And just as he promised, he got the old system out in the new system in all in one day and then came back the next to finish up with the Air Conditioning portion. Thanks for the great service, and a quick turnaround! I didn't expect calling this company on Friday and having an entire system installed over the weekend. It took two business days to complete the job and everything looks good. And now my house is warm and cozy. I'm glad to have used urban mechanical's services. Keep up the good work urban mechanical!
