Juan was great!
Juan was quick and reasonable with cost. Give him a try, you won’t regret.
Juan was excellent, he explained what was wrong with my A/C unit and how it is old and could die any time. I appreciate d his honesty and yet he was sensitive to my financial constraints. I told him I would like him to be the tech to install a new unit when I need it. He is professional and skilled in his work. He's a real asset to urban air.
My heater wasn't working and Urban Air Design came to the rescue quickly. The technician was was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I would recommend their service to anyone needing HVAC work done.
I worked with JC for a few years before he branched out on his own. JC is one of the most technically knowledgeable HVAC technicians I’ve ever met. From troubleshooting, to maintenance, to complete system replacement, I’ve personally worked side by side with him through all of these and can vouch for his integrity, troubleshooting and system design knowledge, and pride in workmanship. You can’t go wrong with Urban Air Design!
My unit was not cooling properly so was referred to Juan. He immediately set a time to visit my home the same day and was able to find the problem . It turned out to be a leak in my unit and was able to have my house cooled by the end of the next day. He took the time to explain everything and gave great pricing ! He has definitely become our go-to guy !
My AC stopped cooling, I needed it repaired right away, I was referred to Juan, called him, he came out same day, did thorough check on the system, replaced what needed to be replaced, and gave great productive service! I will use Juan’s services again if needed, and I refer him to all!
