We experienced the worst possible situation earlier this summer when our AC went out during the hottest month. We languished for a month without air conditioning. I then decided to reach out on Nextdoor for a reputable HVAC Contractor and was given the name of Upstate HMS and Morgan. As the third contractor to review, we decided to give him the business opportunity to take care of our unit. The outcome was, replacement of the unit was required and we decided to take the plunge. From the initial conversation to the removal of the old unit to the install of the new unit to the cleanup and professionalism, we could not be more pleased! Morgan and company are top notch and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company if you want a quality unit and top tier customer service! An additional bonus was, the outside unit is as quiet as a whisper! Although we suffered during the extreme heat for a month plus, we can now feel nice and cool and are rest assured that we made a great choice in choosing Morgan and Upstate HMS for our welcome ‘chill.’ Thanks Morgan!
