Dale at Upstate Comfort Systems has been keeping my five-story office building on track since 2014! He's expedient, his pricing is fair, and his knowledge is vast. He's replaced condensers, fan motors, re-plumbed drip lines, cleaned filters and outsmarted every furnace in the building. I highly recommend Upstate Comfort Systems.
I've worked with Dale, owner of Upstate Comfort Systems, since I bought my house in 2016. I had posted to Angie's List or something to try and find someone to do yearly maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Dale reached out immediately and I'm so pleased to have met him. He's knowledgeable, fair, and happily answers all of my questions. He's gone above and beyond to help me in an "emergency" situation without hesitation, and I would emphatically refer Upstate Comfort Systems to anyone looking for HVAC assistance. They also offer other services. They have replaced a hot water heater, drew a gas line, and upgraded my electric service in March of 2021. I've been using Upstate Comfort Systems for yearly HVAC maintenance for three years, and Dale and his crew are always professional and provide high quality service. They take the time to explain the ins and outs of the work so you know what they're doing. It was an easy decision to call on them to replace our water heater and A/C -- once again great service! Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Update Comfort Systems, and have to say working with Dale was an absolute pleasure! Our 25+ year old furnace died on us at the beginning of February, putting us on a search for a contractor we'd be comfortable with. From the very start, Dale was a genuinely friendly guy and demonstrably knowledgeable. He listened, exhibited patience, and did a phenomenal job at describing with detail a broad range of options for us, considering our preferences relative to our budget. It's a bit nerve-wracking for a pretty new homeowner to be put on the spot, having to make a choice that we'll likely live with for decades, but Dale was an excellent guide for that process. Truly, it was an engaging two-way conversation from start to finish, and not once did I feel like I was speaking to a sales person. You can really tell that Dale cares about doing well by his customers, and is passionate and knowledgeable about his work. When the install was finished, Dale took the time to go over the work they completed, pointed out where everything of importance was and discussed preventative maintenance recommendations and requirements. The installation turned out great. They really went above and beyond making sure everything was done well, and we're now warm, happy and thrilled to have found a company that we can trust to recommend to friends and family. I can’t say enough good things about Dale Sparks. He called to confirm the appointment and called again when he was on his way to our house. Talked to us about our short and long term goals, went through all of the options with us and was very candid in his opinion on which things were a good value, and where we could save some money. He gave pricing for each so we could think about it and to choose the items that made sense for our situation.
