Thomas and his technicians just installed a brand-new air conditioner and furnace including all new ducting and registers. The work was done professionally, on time and within budget. He delivered on every level of service, it was so easy to work with him. He coordinated around my schedule and really tuned in to what I wanted and needed. I can’t recommend him enough, I wish all contractors operated at the same standard. Well done, Thomas! I’ll see you on my street as I’ve already referred you to several neighbors. Thanks again. 👍

Tomas (Tom) was just awesome! I shopped around 5 quotes to replace an aging AC unit. I can tell you with confidence that in my case: - Tom's prices are very reasonable - You can trust his advice. Unlike others, he did not insist on replacing the working downstairs AC or heater just because of its age. - Tom gave me a quick install date - His team took care of everything I asked of them Thank you Tom. Tomas and his crew was fantastic! They were very priced competitively and they installed a new AC/Heating system with duct and vent work for my moms house in 3 days. As a single mother of two kids, home repairs and appliance replacement are truly daunting tasks. It's hard to know who to trust when you have limited technical experience and budget. I can't say enough about Unlimited Climate Control! From the moment I met with Tomas for an initial inspection, I felt at ease. It's clear that he is a family man and truly cares about the well-being of his customers. My air conditioning unit suddenly failed last week. It was clear that this 40-year-old unit needed to be retired and replaced. Tomas explained all of my options and patiently answered all of my questions as well as those of well-meaning family members. Due to Covid-related delays, there was a good chance that a new a/c unit wouldn't be available for a couple of months (in the dead heat of summer) and that even then the cost would be pretty inflated. Tomas was able to track down the exact unit that I wanted and to secure it just before the cost increased by 10%!! And THEN he communicated with me well into late evening hours to finalize the details of the job and provide a quote that was extremely reasonable. My a/c unit is located on the roof of our three story building. Tomas worked efficiently with our building's HOA to meet their requirements and secure their approval before the deadline of the unit's price increase. In fact, they stated that they had heard of his good work already and felt very comfortable working with him! The job required a crane to access the roof. Tomas took care of ALL the details. The work crew showed up on time and was completely professional. Alex personally introduced himself and was so curteous and knowledgeable. The job was done perfectly in half a day. Their work was clean without any inconvenience to our neighbors. It's the small things that make all the difference. Tomas gets things done right. As a Realtor, Tomas is my main HOVAC vendor. He always arrives on time for my clients. He tells them what's the best option for them and gets the job done on time. There is no bs with Tomas. He has even serviced my own personal homes.
Honest and good ethnic company. Had to find a company that will work with my budget and Unlimited Climate Control came to my rescue. During this cool weather they save us. They are very dependable and specially on time. They take there work very serious and tell you step by step what they will be doing and how long it will take for the job to be completed. For me that was a big plus. There work is outstanding and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Thomas is a true professional. He and his team gave me a very competitive price and completed installation quickly and had the whole system running perfect. Several months later I had an issue with my thermostat. Thomas quickly came to the house at the time he promised and had everything running smooth. I vetted quite a bit of climate installers. These guys are the real deal. I’d use them every time. Customer service is what makes the difference.
My furnace was not coming on. Called Unlimited Climate Control and spoke with Tomas. Wow!! He said could come out latter in the day but there would be a charge. So over the phone he led me through some simple trouble shooting steps and the furnace got fixed in 15 seconds. Not often do customers receive such great service. Tomas has a customer for life. He was so honest and professional. I would refer him to my best friend!!

I called Unlimited Climate Control at 2 PM on a 100 degree day with an unresponsive thermostat. Tomas said he'd be there shortly within a 2 hour window of time. I told him what I had done so far to troubleshoot, and he was very helpful. He was fairly certain he knew what had failed and quoted a fair price. He was correct in his diagnosis, completed the job smoothly, and had our AC back up and running within a half an hour. Tomas is a professional, answers his phone and is on time.
