Air conditioner not working: We called and was able to set up an appointment for July 4th 8:AM. Technician was punctual, courteous and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. We are very satisfied with his intervention
Not happy with invoice, they overcharged me an insane amount for a small work, not enough information on materials and details on how work will be done, I feel somehow they just send away by charging $3200 to install an air filter. when the technician arrived on site stated that based on his experience and professionalism, the work won't exceed $1500, I am surprised how they come up with $3200. It took him 5 days to make an invoice, that with follow up each day to create invoice.
Christmas Eve was a bust but they made Christmas Day fantastic!! Thank you so much. You truly saved the holidays!
My boiler was not functioning so I contacted Universal HVAC express and spoke to Randel who was available to come in and diagnose. Randel determined that my boiler reached its end of life and needed to be replaced. He answered all my questions, made recommedations on safety issues that were found such as adding an emergency cut off switch and provided a written estimate right away. His team showed up promptly on the designated day and time and was able to remove and replace the boiler on the same day. They did a clean and professional job and were very efficient. We now have heat just in time for the cold weather. I would highly recommend UHE if you are in need of any boiler repair.
we did not have cold air fron central air for 1 month a tech from universal ( Mathew) came and fixed our problem.
