Jerome walked me through everything regarding how to know whether water is leaking from inside or outside. He was very patient with my inquiries.

Outstanding service is what I have come to expect from you guys and you didn't let me down this time. Not only did the service tech take care of our issue he was very safe. Even though there was a issue with the service disconnect for the 240 volt system he took the time to verify all sources of voltage and discovered a broken connection that could have injured him. As always your tech was professional and extremely competent.
Eric did an outstanding job inspecting and servicing our HVAC system. He was through throughout the process and made sure everything was operational before leaving. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

Darian was very professional in his approach. He showed up on time and ran all the diagnostics necessary to get to the root of the problem. At every step he explained me what he was working on and shared his observations / findings with me. I will highly recommend Universal Home Experts / Darian for any issues around air conditioning.

Called and they were able to come out the same day. Mark O arrived a couple hours after we called in. Very professional and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately they did not have the part we need and had to order it (not unusual in the days) and will setup another appointment to begin the repairs once it come in. Thank you Mark and Home Experts for coming here promptly and putting our minds at ease.
I don’t typically leave reviews, but I was appalled at my experience with this company. I called and talked to a horrid woman, Jenny. Most of the conversation consisted of her cutting me of and squawking “MA’AM” and interrupting me anytime I was trying to tell her my issue. I don’t need a repair , I need an entirely new AC unit and ducts installed in the home that I just bought . I bought She wanted my contact info and my question was just asking if what I needed was a service they provided. After I had enough of being practically screamed at by this woman, I informed her that I would need to look else where. I guess she thought I had already hung up, because she then said - clear as day- “Heather you should’ve heard this bit**” I am absolutely appalled this is not how any business should operate and I will certainly be sharing this experience!

I always have a great experience with this company. I’ve used them at least three times (twice for when I was purchasing a new home) and I always like how professional and straight to the point they are about what the issue is and how to resolve it. Prices are of course a little high, but I guess that’s the case with inflation everywhere, but the service they offer and the lasting solutions have been worth it for me.
I have always had good service from the technicians. They are licensed professionals that do excellent work.
