They have always done a great job for us and our Business. i think some of the bad reviews are more a reflection on the home warranty companies that the actual repair people as they have to go by what they say. But as far as my experience as well as the people i have referred him to they do great work
I was referred through my home warranty company and tried to get an appointment for 2 weeks since nobody proactively reached out after I pre-paid my service fee. They would only communicate via text, rarely responded and not once answered the phone. Worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Avoid!
Assigned by my home warranty company. Wouldn't answer calls from me or their customer service line. Have been without AC for about a month so far.
I hope NO ONE has to deal with this company. Their workers are rude and incredibly unprofessional. We’ve gone weeks without heat in our house because of this company. No communication and no time frames given for the day and constant reschedules where they just don’t even show up, this is hands down the worst company i’ve had to work with and i DO NOT recommend them to anyone, STEER CLEAR. The general consensus of these reviews say the same thing, perhaps this company should read some.
Home warranty place called him to do a job. He decided he didn't want to do it but didn't inform either the customer or the home warranty place so the job could be given to someone responsible. Inexcusable!
The installer came out on a Saturday replaced the thermostat and calibrated it to ensure that we would have heat on the COLD weekend.
After having done significant business with this company in the past I recently attempted to make an appointment for service and called the listed telephone number, which puts you through to the company's answering service. I left 3 consecutive messages with the answering service requesting that the company call me to set up an appointment. I never received a return call from the company. I have never had this happen with any business and I find it inexcuseable.
