On Wednesday November 23, 2022, my A/C stopped working. I called Universal Air Conditioning and Eddie arrived on time. He quickly found the problem and called me with the result of his diagnosis and the estimated cost to repair (parts and labor). Since next day is Thanksgiving day, instead of performing the repair next day, Eddie stayed late and finished the repair since he wanted me have a functioning A/C system on Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, I found Eddie very knowledgeable and his service charge very reasonable. He was very patient when I asked him the root cause of the problem. He also provided me some recommendations for future maintenance. I will definitely use his service going forward. In addition, I will recommend this HVAC repair company to my neighbors and friends.
Universal AC has offered excellent service and gets the Job done in a timely manner and does the job right! Highly recommend using this company! They won't disappoint!
Fridge duct cleaning
I had a disconnected AC duct in my attic -- I was blowing hundreds of dollars of cool air into the attic -- Univeral AC was at my home that day, repaired the next day. Thank you Universal AC!! 5 stars
I had a few people come over with estimates but never felt comfortable. But with Eddy it was different. He knows his stuff. Eddy is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and gave me options to choose from. The people he sent over were also professional. They cleaned everything and explained everything in detail. They never rushed me and were patient with all my questions. I never thought I would be happy purchasing an A/C but here I am :) like a kid in a candy store. Eddy also provided me with a probable A/C while I thought about my purchase. You read that right, while I thought about it. I never felt pressured to buy. Thank you!!
I used them twice to replace two AC units, Addy and his team did great job. They are very efficient and reliable. I would recommend to use him.
I was charged for replacing with the cable between the evaporator and the thermostat. The cable was Not replaced or installed by their technician. He only disconnected the wires and reconnected them. They are extremely expensive for the job they say they have done.
Eddie and his guys made quick work of getting my house back to comfortable temperatures with the installation of a new AC system. Eddie took it upon himself to insure my family and I were comfortable during the time our AC was down, and remained diligent to provide us with the best possible solution. Couldn’t be happier with how easy of a process they made it for us.
Eddie did an amazing job at not only the maintenance of my AC, but also in educating us in what the problems may be so that we are aware of what’s happening and can prevent any damages. Super helpful!! Will be using their services for as long as we have AC!!

Needed my current AC unit check as there was a leak causing issue with the HVAC system at the house. Contacted AC universal and spoke with Eddie and he was very professional and knows whats best for the customers. I truly recommend this company for their expertise and service.

Eddy - You Da Man!!!!!! When the compressor went out on my 21-year old TRANE 5 ton HVAC system I knew it was time to finally bite the bullet and replace the entire system. This is a crazy time in the world as the pandemic has created all kinds of labor, manufacturing, and supply chain issues so I needed a company that would go above and beyond and that was 110% Eddy and his team at Universal AC! I'm an extremely detail oriented person so I was very meticulous in selecting who I would be investing an estimated $10,000 for the unit and installation. I had estimates from 4 of the top rated and largest companies in Central Florida; and I was impressed with several of them. Pricing was similar from each company, but was less focused on the final cost and more on the "total experience." I was personally referred to Eddy through a friend and from the first moment I spoke with him I had a feeling he was gonna be my guy! He put so much personal attention into helping me navigate through all the details involved in removing the old system and installing the new one. When I told him I was speaking with several other companies for comparable quotes he said that's exactly what I should do and it's the smart thing to do before making a final decision. He spoke highly of the larger companies in the area and told me that although his company was on the smaller side he guaranteed his service and experience would be as good, if not better, than anyone else. I gave him my business knowing it would have a major impact on him, his company, and his family and that made me feel good! I'm proud to say that Eddy and I became friends during this experience, and when you do business with friends it's a wonderful thing! I highly recommend Eddy and his company and if you find yourself in a similar situation in the future needing HVAC service or installation give him a call! And do what I did, call 2-3 other highly rated companies for comparison... I know Eddy will provide you the best option
I highly recommend Universal AC! I called on a Saturday afternoon in a bind and they were able to come out within a few hours. The business owner Eddy was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail and walked me through everything. Things were straight forward and affordable!

Eddie is extremely responsive 7 days a week. He services many different rental properties of mine. Since I'm an investor and time is of the essence to keeping my tenants happy he's my go to always for HVAC repairs and replacements.
