Universal Air came out today and got my ac up and running in no time. The best part was their honesty. They showed and explained to me what the issue was and how they were gonna proceed to fix it. I highly recommend Universal Air and I well definitely use them in the future.
Universal Air came to our home to clean our dryer vent ducting and to check our house vent ducting. The technician was professional and on time! Our appointment was from 8 am to 10 am and he arrived at 8:15am. He thoroughly cleaned our dryer and dryer vent. He also checked our house ducting and said it was still in great condition. I appreciated his honesty. I will definitely use this company in the future.

What else can I say but complete garbage. Was sold what I thought was a fully vetted and tested strut setup (per sales, this exact setup was ran on a road dyno and tuned to performance) what a load of garbage that was. Needed to make months of diog and modification just to make them work. Issue after issue I finally got them operating like they should and asked the President what he can do to make it right ( being I beta and basically helped him work out all the issues) and he stopped responding to me. Please do youself a favor and go with literally anyone else but UA!

Universal Air always has excellent customer service. They always return my emails promptly and schedules me within a few days. They are really professional and cared about our safety and followed CDC guidelines. They installed an new Central AC/ heating unit for me. They kept in touch and made sure everything was working properly. They stand by their warranty of the products they sell. we didn't know who to turn to when my brother-in-law's heater stopped working so i checked with the property manager of the house i had bought in Merced for his parents and she said they have had good results dealing with Universal Air. they answer the phone promptly and take the time to listen to customers and explain everything and they call back to make sure the results are satisfactory. judging by our experience, they go above and beyond what most businesses do these days. if we need similar work done in the future we will be sure to call Universal Air.
Universal Air in Atwater was recommended by my brother in law’s property management in Merced. My brother lives in Winton and I live in Sacramento. His heater was not working and I had no idea who to contact to have someone to evaluate the problem. I had just been home a few days and recovering from back surgery and then 3 days after arriving home had to replace my sewer system which was very expensive. Universal Air worked with their contractor to give us a great discount on a Heating&Air unit for my brother. They did a wonderful job on the installation and were great on communicating with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them. They provided us with before and after pictures of the units. I tried to include a copy of both pictures but couldn’t get them to download them.
We just moved to the Central Valley on a permanent basis and learned quickly how important a quality a/c and heating system is to being comfortable in this area. After doing A LOT of research and getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with Universal Air to install a multi-zone mini split system and we couldn’t be happier. They answered ALL of our questions with professionalism, integrity and honesty and performed the work the same. And they offered competitive pricing. We highly recommend Universal Air! A year later, they came out and installed another unit in our kitchen. They did an excellent job and are always super friendly and professional. We recommend Universal Air again!

It’s the middle of the summer. It’s hot as Hades in the central valley. And I called in a panic because my air conditioner was not functioning. They were able to fit me in within less than 24 hours. Thank goodness they know what they’re doing, because now I have air conditioning back. I’m so thankful for them. They are super professional, super helpful, and they don’t upsell. Wonderful team highly recommended from the person answering the phone to the gentleman coming to the house, to them calling you and asking how your service call went. Wonderful, wonderful. highly recommend it.
The service and professionalism we received from Univeral Air was great! Everyone from the office to Gerardo were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated them making time in their busy schedule to repair our AC. The communication via text and email was great too!
Great experience with these guys. They came figured out the the problem right away and did a temporary fix until they're able to come the next day with the right part I recommend these guys to anyone that works great professional work at an affordable price
