This is the most professional service I've ever seen. This guy came and fixed my AC in an instant fixed my stove and then looked at my dishwasher. And was able to fix them. The service was amazing and the guy was so professional. He made sure he called and told me what time he was going to be there showed up exactly on time very professional very clean great attitude I would definitely recommend this service to everyone.

Another company told me a New AC unit was need it, called Universal Ac for a another opinion and they diagnosed and fixed the issue for 300.!!. Very friendly and professional !!

Wouldn't recommend this company for anything. I provided my contact information to a Sears representative. This information was not passed along to William Rivera of Universal A/C who called my home number so I missed the appointment by 20 minutes. Called back to reschedule and an appointment was made for the next week during a 4 hour time window. Stepped outside to get mail and the company called. Saw the phone call on caller ID and called back. Was told "you didn't answer your phone so I'm not coming," and was hung-up on. Called Sears back for YET another appointment and was specific in saying I did NOT want Universal A/C (William Rivera) coming to my home again. Was assured they/he would not. Waited again the next week during a 4 hour time window and the repair person was a no call no show. Called Sears AGAIN and they asked if I had called the provider, which was William Rivera/Universal AC. I told them I was not expecting that company and to send another.
