Cody was fantastic! Responded quickly. Explained the issue in detail. Fixed the problem. Could have gouged us on pricing but was extremely economical. We will use United HVAC from now on and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.
They’re supposed to check on the system , no contact whatsoever.
I was very thankful that Greg and his team were willing to replaced my water heater and furnace unit in early April, despite COVID, before closing on my new house. They had to get both into some funky spaces, which was really impressive! Greg and his son were also really kind when it came to connecting the fan later on, which was a secondary visit. Thanks y'all!
Greg and his sons have worked on our HVAC systems at two different houses we've owned and each and every time the system comes out working better than ever and is reliable. They do such a great job they get it done in one visit and I usually only need to see them for regular maintenance and cleanings after that. I highly recommend using United HVAC and Plumbing, they are a truly reliable and financially friendly company.
I wanted to write a review as I'm always blown away by the professional service provided by United HVAC and Plumbing. I've had the opportunity to work with them on many occasions. We started with home projects and now use them on the commercial side with my orthodontic practice for maintenance. I always know the job is going to get done right. Their company is honest, detailed, timely, and easy to work with. They always provide high level service and are always available when needed. I would highly recommend United HVAC and Plumbing for all home owners and even business owners for your commercial needs.
Terrible experience. These guys came recommended by a friend, but I’m not questioning that friendship🥴 Initially charged two hundred dollars, but didn’t fix anything. He expressed confusion about the HVAC issue, wondering out loud what the cause of the problem could be (water leakage). Made two appointments to come back, but they never showed up. Finally got a rude text from the company owner basically telling me to F off. So maybe “terrible experience” is a bit harsh, but it was definitely one of my worst experiences of this kind.
