They were a pleasure to work with!!! Will and already have recommended them to my neighbors. Here's why: 1. Men of their words. They promised me that they would have my new condenser and air pump installed that day and that's what they did...even if they had to stay till 10pm to finish. I have never seen such hardworking tradesmen!!! 2. FAIR PRICE. I had 2 other quotes besides Mario and all high balled me. The closest one to Mario's quote was almost 2k more. But don't let the price fool you. Mario and his brother did an awesome job. 3. Professional. Paid attention to all the details while installing the system. Cleaned after themselves and get this...Considerate to my neighbors. I live in a condo complex and they took care to close the door lightly as they went back and forth from my unit to their truck. This was late...about 8-10 that they started to do this. Overall great professional high quality work and reasonable pricing
Mario was very professional and responsive, he took his time to address all of our questions and concerns making sure to keep the communication line open through out the entire process; he even followed up with us after the work was completed. Wonderful service. I couldn't have asked for more. Repair man came at 9:30 pm buy needed parts. He was in Boston at 8:00 am to pick them up. Repair was completed by 9:30 am. I have recommended him to my friends.
