I strongly recommend Unitech Air. We have been calling Unitech now for almost 7 years. He just installed a new a/c for us and like always we are very satisfied with the work. I have referred a few friends to him and they’re very happy with him also. His work, professionalism and sincerity is appreciated. He uses the most high quality of products. What can I say about Harold, nothing short of the prime example of professionalism, knowledge, care, attention to detail, and going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Long story short, I hired another company to purchase/install a new 3 ton AC. This person didn’t have a clue of what he was installing. After many discussion, this person brought in Harold. Harold assessed the situation and took care of the problem in 48 hours, ON A SUNDAY, after dealing with an AC that wouldn’t cool for over a month. Would recommend with confidence. Claudio.

Harold, (manager) is truly proficient and has his clients‘ unequaled interests in understanding. He explains the issue well and provides the unequal suggestions. He recommended UV Light for Cleaner Air. I decided to try this out after finding mold in my house last year before the pandemic started. If modern medical facilities are turning to these units, I don't see any reason why it won't work in a Home. And I'm looking forward to cleaner air. Stressfully, on July 29, 2021, my family were tested positive for Covid-19, and I would like to express our thanks to you for providing Fresh-AireUV’s and Purity products for us. My mother is 90 years old, who also suffers from chronic COPD, my son, and I was safe at home. We can enjoy our home without any ill feelings. The owner, Harold, is a true professional and has his clients' best interests in mind. He explains the issue well and provides recommendations, is reasonably priced and performs quality service. He performed a thorough assessment of the entire unit to advise what should be done and made sure to check in a few days after. 10/10 I would highly recommend this company.
I contacted this company to come diagnosis and repair my AC at one of my rental properties. He said he would make it in 2 hrs. He sent a link for me to fill out which I did immediately following the call. Hours go by with no word from him so I contacted him at 5:07 pm. He very rudely stated that he is done for the day and that he didn’t receive my information which I have a picture proving that it was indeed Submitted. I would not recommend this company you can try another company called air on demand! They were much more professional.

Harold had all the diagnostic equipment needed to correct my problem which many others could not figure it out. Extremely conscientious, very detail oriented, and on time. Couldn’t be happier!
Absolutely great service! Harold is very reliable, comes quickly, on time always, and is very knowledgeable! In our case, through the last few years he has been fixing the problems right away and had the required parts in his truck! He also keeps a record, so he knows which parts are under warranty and what he did before. I could give him 6 stars!!

Pheeew. Its not 87 degrees any more in my house. Luckily my A.C was fixed the same day I called (not cooling as of the middle of last night) & under warranty for a year. Tnx!
Excellent customer service and very reliable Harold came even sooner than expected to fix our AC emergency. All parts also come with a warranty, which is great. Harold also advised us on further cleaning and repairs needed and was able to do that in a timely manner, which greatly improved the efficiency and longevity of our AC unit. . Highly recommended.

Harold of Unitech Air came to our rescue this past weekend when it felt like the hottest day of May. My elderly Dad’s air conditioner wasn’t working. I called Unitech Air late Friday and Harold the owner called me back within a few minutes. I cannot thank Harold of Unitech Air enough for he was super quick to respond on a late Friday afternoon and provided excellent customer service to seamlessly and reasonably resolve the capacitor issue of my Dad’s a/c within less than 24 hours. I don’t know how we would have done without Unitech! Thank you Unitech Air!!!
