" Excellent Service all around "
Pleasant, helpful customer service from the office to the site visits.
Riley was on time and did a great job with our maintenance and cleaning. He was courteous and made sure to clean up after the service. Also, I was reminded about my appointment and when I needed to change it, the office staff did a great job.
Short version: Very expensive company. I recommend using anyone else. Advanced Comfort did the same work for 110% less and I’m not exaggerating. I was overcharged every step of the way. They may have even did a repair that was unneeded. I was lied to and it ended up costing me more money. Greedy, greedy company. Long Version: Honestly, I’m not sure how this company is rated 5 stars. Mid summer my ac unit stopped blowing cold air so I called these guys to come check it out. The technician who came out was extremely friendly and had it working in 10 min. He was not the problem. I was charged $400 for a capacitor replacement on my outside unit. The technician straight up told me that the price was too high but that’s what they charge. Being mid summer, my house was uncomfortably warm so I went ahead with the repair anyways. Next day I came home and found that my ac unit wasn’t working at all. It wouldn’t start or blow air. This had been a problem for the past year. Originally what I thought I was getting fixed. I called the company to let them know and the man I spoke with (assuming the one in charge) had told me they will send someone out asap. Great! As a customer that’s what you want to hear. I then mentioned that I was unhappy due to the fact that I payed $400 for the yesterdays repair. I asked if there was anything he could do for me. He said he won’t charge me to have someone come look at it and we can go from there. I was happy with that so I agreed. The next day, two technicians came to the house while I was at work. They found that my circuit board was bad and needed to be replaced. They had mentioned that my lead fans needed to be cleaned as well. In the meantime, they hard wired my unit so it would not shut off again. They quoted me $700 to replace my circuit board and to clean the lead fans. The receptionist called me a week later to set up date for the repair. I told her to send me an email of the quote and that I’d get back to her. I never did get bac

I called them in a pinch having never used them before. The Tech Peter was great and they got here within an hour. I had a heating system issue in the dead of winter and they responded right away. I'd highly recommend them.

So far the heating seems to be working well. Happy with the installation and quick responses from Keith. He was great at explaining our HVAC options prior to us deciding on geothermal and he was great dealing with the small issues we had after installation.
