AHS, our home warranty company, referred us to UA when our furnace went out. UA came out in the middle of a blizzard late in the afternoon and I am very thankful for their responsiveness! Problem was resolved quickly (an issue with the igniter). Thank you!!
I used this company as part of my American Home Shield warranty for HVAC issue. The guy came out and said my AC was low in coolant and probably had a leak. His diagnosis was accurate, but the he mentioned the upgrade program my AHS and that he'd send me some numbers with pricing to replace A/C and furnace. It's mostly what we talked about on his visit. He did indeed call me that same day to tell me the AHS system for upgrading was new and he didn't know how to use it. I asked him to figure it out because it would mean the difference in a lot of money. I asked if he could get back to me in a week. And I never heard from him again. And the job was marked complete in AHS.

After dealing with the horrible warranty company (Home Warranty of America) for 9 months and 3 technicians later. UA Heating and cooling came out to assessed the situation and declared that I needed a new furnace. UA Heating and cooling were able to get the warranty company to replace the furnace within a month. They were very professional, friendly and explained all the questions and concerns I had. The furnace was replaced today as stated it would be. I highly recommend UA Heating and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Good and prompt service
I have been dealing with a warranty company for 30 days exactly trying to get my AC fixed. One company replaced my compressor and wanted to replace it a second time! Yuriy from UA Heating and Cooling responded to me first thing on Monday morning, showed up EARLY when I said I was working from home and in 30 minutes fixed my central air that two other companies couldn't fix in 30 days, one of who wanted to install a second compressor. UA Heating and Cooling was fast, knowledgeable, and got the job done.
These guys are crooks. They are in bed with American Home Shield and will ultimately fix nothing for you. Yuri the technician was at my house twice and said my unit was low on coolant. Then I had an actual professional come over and he showed me leaks and so many other things that were wrong with the units. Do NOT use UA for anything!!!
Yuriy and his team was really professional and always on time. My AC stopped working I called Yuriy and his team showed up fast and found problem leak in the coil. They recommend to replace it with next couple days. Highly recommended UA Heating team for all your heating and cooling needs.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Had a great different company at the house today for a cleaning. They said our ceramic heat exchange had a crack. Our home warranty company sent this company to verify before they would fix it. He spent 30 seconds looking at the furnace and declared it fine. The other company walked him through where to find it. He found it, showed it to us on his camera, and then told the warrenty company that he didn't find a crack. We also know the furnace is leaking CO, so now we have to figure out how to fix his bad info with warranty company so we can fix our leaking furnace. UPDATE: After having this company out, the warranty company sent another company. He also found the crack that is leaking cardon mondoxide into our home. Out of 3 technicans, this is the only company that failed to diagnois the extremely dangerous issue.
