The technician Chris was very prompt and knowledgable. He took time to explain the issue with my AC system and repaired it very quickly. I will UG Nason's for any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.
Just called to inquire for an estimate on a boiler replacement and due to our location they were unable to provide service. However, the customer service rep was able to provide a referral of someone who could assist in what we needed. Super helpful and kind! It’s very appreciated ◡̈

I've used U G Nason's for the past 13 years since I moved to my home. I also recently had them install a mini-split system with duct work in a rental property I own. They are a great company to work with and are always very responsive and prompt.
They did a professional, clean and timely installation of a new furnace. But 2 weeks later, on the coldest night of the year, the system went down (not any fault of theirs). I called at 9am and within 2 hours, Jamison (who was not on call) came over and fixed the system. Very timely, professional and courtious. i would recommend them without question.

I've had UG Nason's service my HVAC system, which is a hybrid furnace/ hydronic / forced hot air with A/C, heat pumps and whole house humidifier, indirect hot water heater. They're friendly and very knowledgeable about each part of the system, and I have hard well water as a complicating factor in Jamestown. Everyone I've had any contact with at UG Nason's has been very professional, honest, give great service and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

The 2 Unico installers from UG were professional and delightful to work with.
My experience was entirely positive. They installed my heating/cooling system 7 years ago and the same staff checks on it and same people in office for many years. All are friendly and safe. I’ve never had a second thought when asking my tenant to leave a key for them to come and check system yearly.
I have regularly used Nason's to do all the maintenance on my rental property's. They are very good, will help me with little things between services if I have a questions. I normally get the same guys who know the property which also helps. 10+ years as a customer and will continue.

My gas furnace failed on the coldest day of the year and it looked like it was going to get colder. UG Nason's dispatched a tech and he was at my door no time. He quickly diagnosed my issue and got me up and running

We used UG Nason's for ductless heat pump installation in our home. Overall they were excellent, quality work at a fair price. We did have a few issues with the installation and delays due to coordinating with an electrician. UG Nason's did correct the installation concerns and found a new electrician. We are very pleased!
Because of the size, modular construction, and finished basement, installation of an AC system in our home was challenging. This was compounded by the fact we did not want mini splits on our walls. Out of seven proposals from different companies, only Jameson Harding of UG Nasons presented a plan that we had confidence in and also met our needs. Jameson throughly evaluated our home, met with us on multiple occasions and never pressured us to reach a decision His patience, knowledge, and commitment to over seeing our installation made our choice easy. The installation crew was pleasant, conscientious, and easy to have in our home. We are thrilled with the results and fortunate to have made such a good decision.
