I most definitely will be using these guys again. They came out and installed a new unit for me at a very fair price they took the time to educate me on my product. They were extremely professional and kept my house clean from work they performed. I highly recommend. Great work and thank you for you services.
Horrible! Put in NEW system in a new house. And it was so loud could not sleep. And did it cool house properly. We change vents. But that did not help NOISE. Finally after 10 months he put in an outside unit. It was normal noisy. BUT, it has only been 11 months and this outside unit is dead. The expansion valve is stuck. So warm air blowing in house. I had three companies come out and prove to me it is a used unit. He first came out with a 4 Ton to replace my 5 Ton. I said NO. He came back with a 5 ton but it was not in the box. It was as sitting on “A” box. And he had to put Freon in this susposed new unit. I know now that all new units are full of Freon. And do not need “topping” off. I feel totally taken advantage of. I have gone all weekend with AC. And now I have to pay $3900. For a third outside unit. And HE FORGOT TO FILE WARRANTY. Hmmm too many RED FLAGS
This company installed a Frigidaire air and heat unit for us about 3 years ago. We had a problem in the first year and needed service. They were slow to respond and our contractor finally got them to come out and service the unit. We need service again and they will not respond. They only have a phone message saving to leave a message. I have left 2 messages over a period of days, plus a couple of calls not leaving a message. No one ever answers the phone. I put a rating of ONE because that is the lowest.
