Our A/C decided to stop working after this hot weekend. It took one phone call and they were able to fix the issue the same day. Very professional and polite. Recommend 100% !!!

Really great service! They responded to an emergency call late at night due to getting off work late and not noticing that my system was not working. They came out so me and my children wouldn’t have to sleep in the heat. Very professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Got it repaired in less than one hour.Will be definitely using their service again!
Can’t say enough good about my experience with them. Very professional. Friendly on the phone and in person. Alfred called to see if it was ok if he arrived early. Communicated what he was doing and why he was doing it. The issue my AC was having wasn’t a major one and he didn’t try to make it out to be. He took care of the issue and made sure I understood what he did. I highly recommend these guys.
Highly recommend he went over and beyond on checking everything to make sure there were no other under line issues. He explained everything to were I would understand. I had a leak and he was able to repair same day now me and family can enjoy the cold ac air.
Needless to say, I'm very happy with A/C unit working again, however, the real reason for this review is for their professionalism (rare these days), competence and arriving the following morning on time. I have one AC unit that has had an endless cycle of parts replacement to get it operational. Richard found the damaged part that others overlooked, drove to Tyler to get it for me and fixed the unit. Whew!! It is supposed to be over 100 degrees in a few days and I sat in the sauna long enough. Very professional.

Alfred was Amazing, my appointment was for 3 pm and he was here about 15 minutes early. He was very professional, very efficient and very friendly. He did an amazing job and now my A/C is blowing stronger and colder than ever. He replaced my A/C blower motor and cleaned the fan blades and the enclosure all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Alfred and his business.
