It has been my HVAC company for several years. Yesterday our upstairs air went out in the afternoon. I called them. Initially the weren't able to dispatch a tech until the next day but after I described my problem, the changed up their schedule and got a tech out to our house within a few hours. Fortunately it was a quick and easy fix (capacitor...duh) and I was back in action in no time. Thanks!!
Our HVAC quit working on Saturday morning. I decided to call - left a message. I got a call back almost immediately from tech. We talked for a minute and he gave me an ETA for later that afternoon. He showed up right when he said he would. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck. He fixed the fixed issue and made sure I understood what was done.
Seldom have I had a really superior experience with an HVAC professional. Most of the time it has been neutral. But the guy was knowledgeable, efficient, interested in teaching as much as I wanted to know, and quite pleasant through the whole process. I will ask for him next time.
Excellent work, as usual. Quoted for 4 hours work to install a whole home humidifier, but the service took just under 3. Quality work, explained operation and installation well. Would hire again.

Called about a leaky water heater. Tech was on time and extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and really cared about doing a good job. I highly recommend for anyone looking for quality customer service.
Today my water heater started leaking in my bathroom and my living room. I called this company and they had someone to my house within 20 min. The techs had my issue resolved and fixed within minutes. I recommend them highly.
I highly recommend the company for any and ever A/C issues you have. Techs have responded quickly and fixed all my air conditioned problems with both my home and rentals. The technician came out in short notice. I was looking for a second opinion on my furnace repair. The technician discovered the issue and it was a very minor repair instead of what I was quoted from a well-known competitor. Thank you for your honesty!!!
They cleaned my heating system well. They were on time and treated the house with respect. Although they were a little modest, they were competitive, if you need a heating duct cleaning, consider them.
Such a wonderful, efficient and reliable company. Answered my email the next day, came and appreciated the problem but not only that he made our heating so much more efficient and talked us out of buying a new heater. All fixed with one small inexpensive "board". So we are happy.
He is very conscientious about his work and control. I had a problem with the oven of one of my rental cars and called Tustin HVAC Contractor professionals at 5:00 pm. He was in my tenant's apartment. the next morning to fix the problem. This was my first experience with the pros he and Tustin HVAC Contractor. I will definitely use them in the future.
We had a main control valve failure on our old Atlas heater, luckily I contacted him to come over on Sunday to look at the problem and diagnose it accurately. After he made the diagnosis, he took great care to ensure that only the work that was absolutely necessary was done to solve the problem. He did this after finding the parts he needed to repair the heater. I found him honest and in fact would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a heater repair. So definitely thank him and Tustin HVAC Contractor!!!
I called Tustin HVAC Contractor yesterday with two broken air conditioners in my house. Before that, everyone who went out refused to work on it and persuaded me to buy a brand new unit. Not HE! He arrived the same day with all the necessary tools, found the problem and fixed it and the price was very reasonable. I am thankful. Five star.
He responded to my call with complete professionalism! This guy knows his stuff and I will definitely be calling him in the future for any problems with heating and cooling in this house, SURE. It's nice to know that there are still craftsmen in the world who are proud of their work! Thanks a lot!
These guys are the best. I haven't serviced my heater for six years, and during the coldest winter I can remember, the heater vents didn't work well and the air coming out was cold. I called on a Saturday thinking I'd just leave a message and got a live person. Not only that, but he said he could fit me the same day. I couldn't believe my luck. He was very professional and patiently explained to me what was wrong with my unit. The board was blown (he even showed me the error code) and he replaced it. I was expecting a shock from the sticker, but even the price seemed very reasonable given the time and details. They are professional, clean and honest. I highly recommend them.
I had a really bad experience with other vendors working on my house but these guys were great. Tustin HVAC Contractor really goes above and beyond and customer service makes a VERY BIG difference when it comes to getting something done in your home. I was really scared of having to rip out the gravity furnace (the ancient furnace with those giant octopus arms) but these guys know how to do it right. And now my house is free of asbestos, there is more space in the garage, the new stove works, the air ducts look great. Thanks to this company!
