I hate to even give one star, but there isn't a negative rating. I've been a long term customer of the original Turner company & now Instant Aire is DBA Turner. I think the same service guy that Evan Gividen had was the one that came to my home. I had red flags the whole time he was here. He told me I needed several services to my 3 yr old system that didn't seem to be true & would cost me several thousand $$$$. I listened to my gut & did not let him perform any of them. I called in another HVAC company & told them what the other guy had said. This technician thoroughly examined my system & said none of those services needed to be done & my system was working exactly as it should. Bottom line, yes, I paid for a seasonal service twice, but that's a small price to pay to be able to have an honest technician that saved me $$$$!
Turner sold the company to instant air. Instant air sent out an unlicensed tech to my house who proceeded to mess up my ac more than it already was. I was charged $1,500 for what the technician did and when I explained how it was in worse shape than before I was told that I'd be charged to fix what they messed up. After calling another company to fix my ac I was told that I only needed refrigerant and the $1,500 worth of parts and labor that I was charged for was unnecessary and unneeded.

So glad I called these guys. The tech they sent out to come fix my heater was Tanner he did a great job just thank u so much Would recommend and will use them in the future .
Really nice people. The tech informed me that my motor on my AC could still be under warranty. I didn't think that would happen since we've been in our house for 7 years. But it was. I really appreciate them going out of their way to check instead of just selling me a different motor.

Our air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air like it should. The technician was a good ole boy, and has been in HVAC for decades! Love it! He just tells it straight and no upselling and or gouging! They're in Shepherdsville, KY. It's the busy season so it will take a week, no worries on that when you trust the person coming out! The lady answering the phones was as nice as she can be! Highly recommend their services!
Our service techs are always very friendly and get the job done efficiently. They are very transparent about what they find as well.
My mother in-law had her old hvac system stop working. The cost to repair the 25+ years old system wasn't worth it. Although they gave us that option instead of replacing it. No pressure quote, and they installed it the next day. She's stoked at the quality and value she received. And the new system uses less gas and electricity.
I needed a new heating system for my place.called Tuners and received great customer service. The technician Wayne came out. Was on time, very professional and detailed. After everything was installed he explained everything I needed know. I would definitely recommend Turner's heating and air.
Everyone there at Turner Heating and Air are the nicest most caring people you could ever meet they helped us out when no one else would we called when the temperature was 98 degrees outside and no one else could show up for a couple days we called them and they showed up within 45 minutes and return the next day install a total system we really appreciate them and all they did

What a great company! My parents woke up to no heat this morning. By 10am they had it up and running. Thank you all for your fast response and for not price gouging like some companies would have done. The lady who answered the call was extremely helpful and kind. I would give more stars if possible!! Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend you guys from now on.

Not impressed with this company for numerous reasons. They were called because our air was registering 75-78 degrees in mid afternoon even when the thermostat was set on 70. They arrived at my home without even a call to say they were on their way, luckily my husband was working from home. When I originally called to set up an appointment I specified with the woman on the phone regarding our air unit being in our attic and the small area we have in the ceiling of our laundry room to access it. She said no problem and would make sure to make a note. Once the technician arrived, he immediately showed disinterest in addressing the unit in the attic and said he would check the unit outside. He never set foot in the attic, even after my husband told him that we have had previous issues with the air and it has always been related to the unit in the attic. The technician had every reason imaginable why that couldn't be it just to literally not have to put in the extra work. We got charged for a freon fill - up (1/2 pound low) and $125 later our temperature in our house was still 78 in the afternoon of the same day the technician came out. Money and time wasted, now we have to pay extra to find someone decent to actually fix the issue. Would not recommend.
