It is rare to find someone truly honest in the home appliance repair/replacement industry because of the simple fact that the men and women working in it need to make sales and services in order to make a living. Brian Turner is one of those rare professionals, who puts his customers needs BEFORE his needs. When I had him come out to assess my home's ducts and A/C-Heating unit because of my wife's concern of potential health issues, Brian could have easily said that he would replace duct work and made for himself an easy job that could have been lucrative for him, but completely unnecessary for my wife's concerns and our home. Instead, he pointed out that our duct work was, indeed, safe, and we had no cause for concern for any health issues. He essentially educated us to the point where we did not need his services. Why? Because he is an honest, and truly good man. Now, if ever I have an issue with A/C or Heating, or know of any friends or family that do, I will enthusiastically recommend Turner Air to them, knowing that they will not get ripped off and get outstanding quality service. I have been extremely satisfied with the the service I have gotten from Turner Air Conditioning & Heating. Brian is punctual, polite and completely explains every step he is taking. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
