Always great service, quality, and people! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and they never try to gouge us! Everytime someone has come out we just know we will have to get a new A/C system, but they are able to keep my unit running another year and tell us there is no need to buy a new unit just yet. We won't use anyone else!

I absolutely recommend Turner Services for all of your HVAC needs. I have been a customer for years and they have been able to help me from condo life to home ownership. We had to purchase a new unit last year, and although it was overwhelming to think about, Patrick, Slade, & Jennifer took all of the stress out of the process. They presented all of our options and were so patient and understanding of our needs from start to finish. They are professional, more than qualified, so friendly, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Even our dog loves Patrick & Slade :)
You won't find a more professional, customer oriented HVAC business in DFW. Small business that really cares about their customers. Turner AC Services has maintained and, more recently, installed, our HVAC system for over ten years.
I was never given any feed back.. These reviews are family and friends. Users beware.. Giving 1 star because that's the least I can give, should be no stars. Called for service at 8:00am on a Friday, was assured I would have service by 4-5pm if not sooner.. Received a call from their office at 3:20 pm stating they would be unable to send anyone.. They said they could recommend another company to come out. The one they gave me couldn't come before Monday.. I was a long time customer, I'll never use them again.. I specifically ask for reassurance that they would come out that day.. Told absolutely, would be no problem.. If you need ac work I recommend you skip past this one or be prepared to be told at the end of the day they won't be coming out.
Been a customer for several years now. Always on time, explain what they did, why they did it and they don’t sell you unnecessary repairs. Family owned.
The Turner AC Services Technician (Patrick) provided exceptional service in getting my system back up & operating properly. He was very courteous & knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again as needed.
Patrick has serviced our HVAC for years, and we will never use anyone but him. He is very honest, always willing to help wherever he can, and is reasonably priced. He goes above and beyond and is the nicest guy in the world.
Everything was superb! Got everything done faster than I thought possible leaving everything installed beautifully. Way better value than other companies I had got bids from. I also feel good knowing if anything happens I have a reliable company to help.

5 Stars well deserved! Patrick did a perfect job in all areas. Not only in taking care of my service needs quickly and efficiently, but also fixing a potential electrical failure that a previous company had caused. He also gave me sensible and understandable advice how to increase the efficiency of cooling our home. They were quick to come out and repair my account fan motor with out trying to upsell. Very prompt and courteous from phone staff to technicians.
Finally after trying different companies for my AC's maintenance . This company was very professional, had excellence service, competitive prices and ,for people who don't know much about ACs, the technician had the patience to explain everything without selling more than was needed. I totally recommend this company.

Patrick and his son-in-law were a terrific team that did a great job installing a/c unit for me! They were concerned about keeping things neat and clean, and wasted no time getting it installed in a professional manner. They’re a friendly group of guys you can trust with your large home a/c needs down to the small stuff like installing a window air unit! If you are looking for an honest company to fix your AC call these guys! Patrick and crew came out and found that my AC Blower Motor was out. Before doing anything they called the manufacturer of my AC to see if it was still under warranty. Found out that it was which saved me at least $600-$900! After fixing it they checked the entire system out. Very professional company. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
