I own a small business and had one of our HVAC systems go out on a very cold day in January. A friend referred Tom and his company Tune Heating and Cooling and I texted him. He immediately responded and fortunately my business was close to where he was. Came out same day (these guys are very busy) at 8pm to help us out. He figured out the problem fairly quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. He is very reasonably priced and great communication. I highly recommend this company.
My furnace stop working Christmas Eve. Thankfully Tom arrived promptly and quickly resolved the issue restoring heat to my home and saving the holidays!!

It's hard to find a technician like Tom who is highly knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy and genuine. I felt it in my first meet. The kinda advice you get on be it HVAC or any minor repairs for electronics, his knowledge speaks for all. Highly recommend this guy! Thanks Tom for your time n support today!
Tom was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to make sure we understood everything that was going on when our furnace wasn’t working. He was able to fix our issue, was extremely fair on price, and even found a way to improve our humidifier performance (which was completely unrelated to our original issue). I highly recommend him and will use him if we ever have issues with anything heating or cooling related.
Tom is an all-around great guy; he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field and will take the stress away of HVAC headaches asap! He helped us repair ours when it went out in the middle of the summer and then again, we had issues in the winter. He is very honest and more than fair in his pricing. You will not go wrong using Tom's services. Keep his number in your cell phone just in case.
I had an issue with a thermostat. After having it wired up no heat. Come to find it was installed incorrectly. Tom was able to troubleshoot it over the phone. Quick and painless.
Tom is a rare find, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and practices an exacting attention to detail. His fees are very reasonable, and he gets back to you. Can't recommend his services highly enough. Do NOT call the big HVAC service advertisers whose motivation is to frighten you into buying unneeded repairs or new systems. Tom will get the job done quickly, efficiently, and for far, far less than the chains.

Tom was caring and professional. During the repair he continued to explain how my furnace worked and found an easy solution for me. He also suggested that I postpone replacing the entire unit until 2025 when new freon would be used. I feel he's honest and thorough.
BEWARE: Jekyl & Hyde. Extremely nice and professional on first visit. However, let me start by saying he cancelled on me three times before ever showing up once. When he finally showed up an hour late and assessed the situation, he quoted me a set price on first visit including labor and parts, but insisted I do not pay him until 2nd visit when job is complete. Months later he finally texts me to let me know he has my part ready to install and says “I’m not sure if we talked about price but I was thinking “x” amount (double the original amount) if that sounds fair?” I responded to remind him of the price we talked about and he says “no worries we can’t agree on price, I would just like to decline to do the job then.” I was shocked at his sudden void of any professionalism whatsoever. Although this is no way to talk to a paying customer, being the bigger man, I actually apologized to him and even agreed to pay his (doubled) price in an effort to come to terms. I’ve gotten no response whatsoever. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere, AVOID THE HEADACHE.
I had an AC issue and reached Thomas with Tune Heating and Cooling. He was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my issue and clearly explained what was wrong. He took time to review other areas to make sure things are set right. I highly recommend him. And he will be my go to for all of HVAC work.
Tom was great. H he was informative of what was wrong with my system and fixed it . I had two prior visits of Heating and cooling companies tell me they could not repair my system, However Tom quickly fix the problem and did not attempt to upsale me a system I did not need and could not afford. e
I called Thomas because my AC unit was leaking water. He was busy installing AC unit but able to help me over the phone to clean the clogged outlet. He showed me what to do with photo and I was able to fix. He is a awesome guy and very professional! I would highly recommend him. Great job Thomas!

Tom @ Tune Heating and Cooling spent a huge portion of his day repairing our AC Unit in the rain. We now are back up and fully functional again before the lovely Missouri heat comes back. Mr. Tune is very professional very kind and absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable about his line of work and did an amazing job fixing our ac. If your in need of repairs I HIGHLY recommend Tune heating and cooling LLC. I WILL never chose another company after his amazing work. His friendliness and top of the notch service. He talked with me explained the whole situation and process as he worked and in between joked and talked to me as if we had known eachother forever. Tom was great! He was so knowledgeable and a problem solver! He worked on my daughter’s AC unit at her condo. Because of his hard work, we may get two more seasons out of a very old unit. A friend referred him. I think that is the best way to get reliable help who you can trust! I would 100% recommend him! Plus he is a really nice person!! :)
Tom was awesome there is no other words to describe his level of professionalism and knowledge. I don’t give reviews but he is worth the time. You won’t go wrong using him for your HVAC needs. The equipment I purchased from Ingram Water and Air Equipment in Kentucky is great, as far as I can tell it’s a Le!!$& twin. At a much better price, check with Tom he will verify it for you. Again good equipment, great warranty, and an awesome HVAC professional.
