Great service and my air conditioning is working perfect now!
Scheduled an appointment after reading good reviews. Spent ½ my weekday at home waiting for them to show up and no show, no call. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Will be going with a more reliable company
Tucson Air Conditioning was so friendly and informative. It turned out that our AC issues were more serious than we thought. I called and they asked where we live. They came out, inspected the unit which was almost 20 years old and explained patiently and clearly why it needed to be replaced. They submitted several "quotes" that gave us a variety of options suited to our situation. We picked the one we thought best. They fixed our problem so quickly. They were clean, friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone if needed AC repair service.
My Air conditioner stopped working on a Wednesday noon. I called Tucson Air Conditioning early on Thursday morning and they arrived After 2 hours, as scheduled. They were able to realize the problem and explain it to me in a very short time. He took time to answer several questions I had about the system and increasing its sufficiency. I was also impressed with their service, accountability, and ability to fix the problem. I would recommend Tucson Air Conditioning to my family and friends, and if I needed future service, I would obviously call them again.
Came out same day WITHOUT an "emergency fee". BIG PLUS! Everyone I spoke with from the beginning was so great! Bob had a couple of wonderful recommendations over the phone and Emanuel was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. Got a temporary fix for now, but when it comes time to replace the motor in my unit, he is who I am going to call.
Recently I bought a house in Tucson, and I call Tucson Air Conditioning just for AC maintenance. Next day Jay came to my house, check the whole AC unit, explain how was previously done the whole installation of the AC unit in my house, and recommended a few small changes on the AC vents. We opened a couple of vents on the living room area that weren't there before, we close down a vent on the family room that was not been really needed. Once got done, it really made a difference on the cool air flow in the house, and now the air distribution is better, making our hot summer in Tucson more enjoyable indoors. Thanks you!! Now our AC unit is more efficient, the air flow around the house, is better, and feels right every where in the house. Before Jay recommendations, the bedrooms were freezing, and the living room was hot.
We had a same day emergency job for a commercial location last week. We called at 1 AM and these guys were at the location within 20 minutes. The had us back up and running in 3 hours. Saved us from a big loss.
Our commercial AC unit gave out and Tucson Air had guys on site within 20 minutes to get us back up and running - total downtime was 1.5 hours. Affordable and very prompt.
I have to say I'm never going anywhere else when I need service on my AC/Heating units. I read the other reviews here and I wasn't sure if they were real, but after experiencing prompt service and a truly honest technician who saved me from having to buy a new unit (as recommended by other techs who tried to rip me off), I'm now writing this review. 3 days ago, we had our AC unit go out. We knew the heat was coming so we were in a bit of a panic. We called 3 technicians for help. The first 2 told us we needed a whole new unit. Tucson Air Conditioning (Jay) helped us rehab our existing unit, and had affordable refurbished options should we need to replace our existing unit. We were able to save big money by dealing with honest people. Job well done.
