They were professional and responsive when asked questions. I did compare other companies and picked Tru Tech over others because their price was very reasonable! Others charged for the price of a car!
I requested for service on September 14th regarding my unit. The technician who was sent out to service the unit attempted to service the incorrect unit and was stopped by my neighbors landscaper. My neighbor had to bring this to my attention because the technician did not inform me upon completion of the work. I attempted to speak to the owner of the company regarding the issue. He rudely cut me off several times until the point I had to ask to file a complaint against the owner himself. To which he dismissed and told me “to file with whoever I want to file with”. Please do not request service from this company. They are rude, nasty, and do not care about their customers. In addition - the transcripts from the conversations (we spoke twice) will further detail how rude and nasty the owner of this company is.
TruTech Heating and Cooling Technician Mike was very professional upon his initial visit to assess the HVAC problem. They resolved my issue as soon as possible once the heat pump was ordered and delivered. The actual owner did the install of the new unit. Lawrence was very respectful of our home and explained the repairs process in great detail. He went out of his way to ensure all work was done within the 2-hour timeframe and to the established codes. The assistant that scheduled my appointments kept me well informed of all service arrival times and they arrived within the expected time window. I appreciate the entire process and Trutech will be my HVAC service providers going forward.
Truly disappointed by the owner’s behavior. I was given a 5 hour win for for an HVAC repair. I never received a courtesy call. Rather than apologizing, the owner called me multiple times to argue. I unfortunately had to continue with the service because of my home warranty provider. The technician was awesome but the owner is a real piece of work who could benefit from customer service training. Again I do not recommend.
