I called their office on Saturday at 8:00 AM, by 10:30 there was a technician at my door. Devon did an absolute phenomenal job; answered any questions that I had, ensured that everything was functioning properly with my A/C unit, and even included recommendations for me as I go forward. In a pinch, (A/C unit broke on the weekend) he was able to install any parts I needed and assured me that I he would do his best to get me up and running; he delivered. Would highly recommend Devon and Trusted Heating and Cooling Solutions.
Our furnace shut down stopped working Friday night. I called saturday at 9AM and Devon was at our door before 10:30! He worked quickly and was very professional. They have a new life long customer.
Set up an appointment to quote a gas line needed for a fireplace installation. They were professional and gave a competitive quote. While quoting the gas line, they notice our air conditioner wasn’t sounding right and that it was failing to start up. They showed me the issue and replaced the failed capacitor during the visit. Overall, couldn’t have asked for better service from Chris and John.
