hello, I have never had Trull's heating and air work on anything for me. If i would have known there was a company named trulls heating and air i would have called. its my last name for goodness sakes! Any way, if you need backflow work done please call Trulls backflow service. lol
We were initially connected to Trull's through our home warranty. We had a fairly complicated issue with some electronics associated with our heating unit. Kenneth was so great. He communicated well, was skilled in assessing and fixing the issue and was just a nice young man. My husband was so impressed we asked them for a quote for a whole house fan installation. Chris, the owner came out and not only gave us the very reasonable quote, he also helped us with some assessments of other issues we've been having since we recently purchased our home. One of those issues was a coil cleaning, which Kenneth completed today! We will be loyal customers of Trull's, and look forward to our whole house fan installation in the coming months!
Chris Trull, the owner, is a gem of a person. We have nothing but praises and recognition for his impeccable conduct, as a professional and as a person. This was the second time we used his services, and his professionalism, honesty and integrity makes me almost joyful in giving him this recommendation. Our A.C. went down and the problem was in out attic; a small wire corroded and we lost power to our unit. He went up in a 150 degree condition, replaced the wire and did not come up with a bigger problem to sell us like so many would. I fully recommend Trull's Heating and Air without any reservation. My heating went out during some chilly days. My home warranty company initially provided a service provider that indicated they could come by in 2 days. I hoped for a quicker response time and requested another provider. Trull's came out within a few hours! Awesome! Chris, the owner, exhibits extreme professionalism and solid customer service. He called first to indicate what time he would arrive, and asked for any details on the issue at hand. He arrived at exactly the time indicated. He showed concern and care for my home as he had to climb into the attic. Although a part was needed for the repair, which he could bring the next day, he provided a quick temporary fix so that I could have heat that night. He came back the next day at the time we agreed to and installed the needed part quickly. 5 stars to Trull's Heating and Air. He is reputable, honest, professional and delivers the utmost in customer service!

From the first time Trull's HVAC came to my home on a service call, I was prepared for the worst and whole new system. Steve assured me that all I needed was a complete system maintenance. I respect his honestly and integrity. I understand that sometimes repairs are costly, but on this house call he was straight forward saving me hundreds of dollars. I trust Steve in my home and with my family's comfort. Thank you Trull's Heating & AC!!
